It’s always great to come back to Aryaduta Hotel. The service always makes us beyond the standard and proudly satisfied. Aryaduta is our first choice when we come visit Bali and has never disappointed us since 2019. The staff are really helpful in what we need, the rooms are huge for our family, and the room services are spotless. Breakfast is always delicious and there are many to choose from, and the best of it is the swimming pool and the location of the hotel as it is in the center of Kartika Plaza (Kuta), everything that we need is just within walking distance. We will definitely come back here again for our next visit and also will recommend this hotel to anyone that needs the best hotel in Kartika Plaza for their family holiday.

Excellent location at the heart of Kuta. The room is very roomy, it's unbelievable for its price, breakfast choices are excellent. All in all, nothing less expected from a 5-star hotel. Really worth it.

Sometimes, it's not the destination that stays in our hearts… it's how people make us feel. ❤️🇮🇩 Our first trip to Bali was a weekend family getaway — 8 of us, from our 1-year-old grandson to adults in their 50s — celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and our two children's birthdays. As a first-time-visiting Muslim family, we worried about halal food, prayer convenience, and travelling with a toddler in a big group. Those worries disappeared fast. Even before arrival, every email enquiry was answered so professionally and warmly, giving us confidence from the start. On arrival, despite our flight landing an hour late, our transfer was still patiently waiting with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and we were surprised with room upgrades to spacious balcony rooms. More thoughtful touches followed — a birthday decoration, anniversary cards in every room, and easy WhatsApp communication throughout our stay. As Muslims, we appreciated the Qibla marker in every room, bidet-equipped bathrooms, audible azan from a nearby mosque, and halal breakfast daily. The buggy rides to Pantai Jerman were a lovely touch too, especially with a toddler and older family members. But what we'll remember most is the people — the friendly bellboys, the front desk staff's genuine smiles, and the restaurant team who made breakfast feel personal. Hospitality isn't always about luxury — it's about making guests feel seen, valued, and at home. That's exactly how Aryaduta Bali made us feel. ❤️ Terima kasih!

Got a free upgrade to a family room. Thank you so much. The room was clean, luxurious, sophisticated, and spacious. The hotel food was delicious, especially the noodle station, it was top-notch. The female chef in black really impressed me. I fell in love with her charm, her smile, and her seriousness. The receptionists were friendly and intelligent. The driver, Mr. Dodi, was very friendly, polite, soft-spoken, very helpful, and very pleasant. Our short trip to the airport felt warm. From getting into the car in the hotel lobby to getting out of the car at the airport, we were treated like royalty.
