The housekeeping staff is filthy and lazy. My spoons and glasses haven't been washed for two days. Even the soap bottle in the bathroom won't be cleaned if I don't throw it away.

For my 2-night stay, I found a cockroach in my room every night. The bed seems to need to be replaced because the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. The hotel gave me a room with a connecting door, which made it easier for me to take care of my family. The food really needs attention in terms of taste and availability. There is one thing I read from a previous review that the pool chairs at this hotel are dangerous, one of which is because the chair legs are not balanced so that when my husband sat on it, he fell backwards and his head hit the stone steps behind the chair. Please pay attention to the hotel to fix it 🙏🏻

The locations are fantastic, near to Double Six Beach and the main road of Legian. The staff was very kind, attentive, and had a fast response. But the cleanliness should be upgraded because there are a lot of stains on the bed sheet and towels (even they look like old stains). If you are staying here, please ask them not to give you a room facing the main road; I could not sleep well because the sound from the street is very noisy, especially from 3-5 AM on weekend mornings when everyone is returning from parties and making noisy sounds with their vehicles. And even worse, the electricity in the room dimmed 5-6 times during the night, and it is very annoying. So maybe I will say no to returning to this hotel anymore.
