It was a great hotel. We booked 3 rooms to celebrate new year. We get the best spot to enjoy fireworks from our balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The parking guard are super kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

Stayed 1 night in 2 rooms at Brits Hotel Legian and had a very memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Mr. Parta (AFOM) and assisted by Mr. Blasius from the Security team with our luggage. We had a request for bed decoration because it was Dad's birthday, and the request was very well fulfilled by the hotel. Based on the information we received, the room decoration was handled by Dede (Housekeeping). Although we did not have the opportunity to meet him in person, we would like to express our gratitude for his attention and service. The check-in and check-out process was handled by Ms. Wulan (Reception) who was very friendly and consistent in her service. We also had the opportunity to contact reception and were served by Saha (Reception) for a late check-out request until 12:30 pm because they were still in the packing process, and the request was granted. At check-out, we asked for help from the bellboy with our luggage, and Agus (Concierge) helped promptly and professionally. Thank you to the entire Brits Hotel Legian team for the warm, professional, and attentive service. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at during my Bali vacation. Upon check-in, I received a welcome drink and a towel to cool my face. The hotel staff was friendly, and it was kids-friendly. There was a small playground, but it was enough to keep the kids happy. The breakfast menu was varied, complete, and delicious. Next time I go to Bali again, this will be one of my hotel choices.

I chose this place because it had a kids' playground, but it turned out to be a small space. The swimming pool is also small. Breakfast food isn't refilled quickly, so I had to keep informing the hotel staff. The omelet station also took a long time to arrive. The food isn't varied, with only a few varieties.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I checked in late at night due to a late arrival. The staff provided a cold towel and a welcome drink, which really helped alleviate my fatigue. Then, upon arrival, there was an electrical issue; the TV and power outlets wouldn't work. The staff promptly resolved the issue. The only inconvenience was the bathroom, where the flush water smelled. Thank you.

The food wasn't fresh, as if it had just been reheated. The first day I ordered in-room dining fried rice, and the chicken still had blood on it. The next day I ordered again and complained about the chicken not being fresh, and wrote a note that the egg was fully cooked. But when it arrived, the egg was half-cooked. All the food looked like it had just been reheated, and I had a bit of a stomach ache because I was forced to eat Nyepi (Nyepi) during the holiday.
