It was great to stay in Brits. Thanks to Budi and Antara who were cleaning my room daily. The cleanliness was top-notched. All the staff were friendly. Wulan from the FO team was kind and helpful. The location is on Sunset Road, which makes it accessible to everywhere. I love the fried banana at their restaurant. But they need to improve on gym equipment (some are rusty and broken).

The staff was unfriendly, and when I didn't get water, I was told I was getting water and was told to pay. The room smelled of cigarettes, and the pillows smelled of cigarettes (I ended up asking for a room change).

I recently stayed at Brits Hotel Legian and overall, my experience was quite pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the security team, Mr. Blasius, and assisted by the very helpful bellboys, Mr. Aswin and Mr. Agus. Check-in was also smooth, handled well by Mr. Saha, Mr. Nesa, and Ms. Bella, and assisted by Mr. Suparta. I had the chance to visit the lounge, and was very well served by Ms. Dewi and Mr. Reynal. The service was warm and professional. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people, making it comfortable. However, there was a slight issue with the bathroom, where the water pooled somewhat—possibly due to the suboptimal slope of the floor. Check-out was also smooth and friendly, assisted by Ms. Wulan and Ms. Desya. I hope all future guests will have the same pleasant experience, handled by such a friendly and professional team. Thank you.
