I checked in around 5:30 pm where their check in time is at 3pm. When I went to my room, the housekeeping came out from my room which mean that my room just finished being cleaned by them without being checked by hk supervisor. No wonder why lots of problem in the room. Duvet cover lots of stains, ac not cold enough (I need to wait for more than an hour to make the room cold), bathtub was blocked, minibar temp was warm, balcony door couldn't be locked. I told Reception about the problem but the guy at the Reception didn't show any empathy, he didn't even apologize for what happened. If you were me, would you be okay with all I got upon my arrival? Especially when your stay wasn't complimentary. I needed to asked them twice to change the duvet 😭 they told me that breakfast starts at 7 am. I went there at 7.30 am but there was no staff standby at the front to reconfirm our room number, so we just went in. In the middle of eating the staff came towards our table and asked our room number. No greetings at all from the staff at the breakfast. I mean, I also paid the service to stay there but got none except for the Housekeeping at the corridor greeted us. I hope the hotel Manager takes serious action of reviews so you guys can be better in term of hospitality. The hotel is quite old, and I think it needs maintenance as well. The only amazing part of the stay was the Bay View from our room. Lots of people asked me where I stayed through my social media, but I'm sorry I didn't recommend you. It was the worst stay ever. Never want to come back even when my kid really loves the pool and bathtub. With those quality of services, I have a really big question how youre so confident saying that youre a 5 star hotel on your instagram
