I only can say that this hotel was comfortable, the staff was super kind, and the room suitable for three of us. It's just worth it. Thank you

Nice hotel, the staff is very helpful. Masih ada space buat sholat di kamar. Kasur sedikit agak keras tapi tidak apa. Lokasi strategis, dekat 7/11, mrt jalan 10 menit, halte bis 5 menit, cuma agak susah cari halal food sekitar hotel. Sarapan pagi menu selalu sama tapi lumayan. Ac nya dingin, Wi-Fi lumayan.

Okay for sleeping or resting
The room I stayed in is rather small but I suppose it worth the price. Besides that breakfast is provided. If you intend to spend the whole day out sightseeing or shopping then you just need a reasonable comfortable room to return to for resting or sleeping. I found the aircond temperature very cold eventhough I set it at an almost highest temperature possible. Anyway I only stay for a night and therefore I am unable to comment further.

Average hotel if you want decent access to the MRT and Quays
Travelled as a family in November 2017 and stayed in 02 deluxe rooms. First off, the hotel is well sited right along the walking paths by the river and you can access Robertson, Clarke and Boat Quays by simply walking along these paths and/or crossing on the numerous footbridges across. The hotel is a circular-shaped building and is functional rather than plush. Staff service is efficient, but we had a gripe booking an airport taxi: we booked with one reception staff member (the same one who checked us in), who assured us a normal taxi would be able to carry us four and five medium bags, then the night before leaving we by chance checked on the booking with another staff member who said a normal taxi wouldn't suffice and offered to book a van (which was double the price of the normal taxi). Had we not checked, we would have been stuck at 7am the following morning. The rooms are oddly shaped due to the circular nature of the building and are very small - the bed takes up maybe 75% of the floor area. However, they have planned the space decently - the wardrobe is behind the hinged dresser mirror, the writing table folds into another table and the bedside table lifts up to form a chair. The rooms are ideal if you only need a place to shower and sleep, not if you intend on spending time in a hotel room. The central atrium that the rooms circle around is huge, so whoever the architect of this hotel was, clearly did not consider the rooms to be important. The breakfast is basic, and the same spread everyday - fried rice, bread, baked beans, two types of eggs and chicken sausages plus bread, jam and two types of cereal. They do offer juice and tea/coffee for beverage options. It's a decent breakfast but you can have it for three days, tops before getting sick of it. Close to the hotel is the Fort Canning MRT station (blue line) and Clarke Quay MRT station (purple line), and there is a very nice mall inside the Novotel Hotel that is about 200m from here (walking along the riverside path). Fort Canning MRT is just before this mall. Our rooms also had a lovely view of the river and Singapore skyline. Sleep quality is good - you can hear noises from the corridors and doors closing but they are decently muffled. The bed was also very supportive without being hard. Housekeeping did a good job on the day we requested turn-down service. In conclusion, if I needed a hotel in Singapore again, I would consider Robertson Quay, but if the price of any nearby hotel was close (there is Novotel and Holiday Inn Express, among numerous others), I would pick them instead.

Check when requesting a room for 3 people!!
The only redeaming feature of this hotel was the location. We requested a room for 3 adults when booking, what we got was a room with the smallest double bed and a small single bed which had been inserted as an afterthought. There was nowhere to put your suitcases and no drawers, luckily we aren't large people as we had to keep moving things to get round to the bathroom! We had a kettle on a small shelf with 3 cups and saucers, 2 sachets of coffee, 2 t.bags and 2 creamers. We had to ask for extra toilet rolls. The breakfast which was included was the worst we encountered on our trip which included 2 nights in another hotel in the city and 3 nights on sentosa. Very disappointed as the hotel looked so much better on the internet and it definitely wasn't in the cheap bracket.

Great people and good breakfast
The hotel even though small rooms was welcoming and friendly. the staff was very friendly and very close to over 100 restaurants and bars. Rooms clean and organized with nice hot showers all the time.

Poor for us
Only good thing is its location. Rooms are small but can accept this. However mould, lack of cleaniness (our room was never hoovered for 8 days) , old torn apart towels, the corridor in front of room had pieces of food and other staff all the time. Pool water is dirty so are the pool walls. Breakfast is a joke. Basically you eat the same thing every day as there is not choice at all. Brown or white bread (the cheapest thing slices only) , orange juice or water, coffe, tea, beans, eggs and jam. That's it. Wifi is also a joke. If you can - avoid. Not worth the price
