Hotel is just around 5 mins walk from Orchard MRT. Hotel allowed Early check-in & Late check-out. Complimentary birthday cake is sent to our room as we were celebrating birthday. The room was really quiet, bed was really big & stay was awesome. Thumbs up! 😀😀

Pleasant attention from staff during our stay. Allen noticed that it's was my cousin's birthday month when we checked in and immediately arrange a mini cake for him upon check it. It's attention to details like this that made us decided that this won't be our last staycation at Park Royal beach road.

hotel are nice, they give me a 3 capacity room while I only stay with one of my friend, just a few step to the public transportation, and easy to find food

All staff was very helpful, our room upgraded to first class suite room 3017 for free. The room was big and clean, there are coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron. City view also amazing from lv 30 and very instagramable. Close to Thai Embassy Bus Stop, Scott Rd Bus Stop and walk about 7 min to Orchad MRT station. I would like to say ‘super recommended’! Will stay here in the next trip! Thankyou YOTEL for our amazing experience!

Hi … Booked to celebrate a family member's birthday. Checked in on 3 Dec. Smooth check-in, well done for the front office team … given room 1501. Spacious for a family of 4. Surprised when the hotel team delivered a nicely decorated fruit platter as a birthday gesture. Impressed with their service. They may notice it during check-in as occupants' particulars need to be documented due to the pandemic. The housekeeping team is very friendly. On the 2nd day, the Swimming pool was very clean. We book for an hour as the pool area is limited to 12 pax per hour. Checked out on 5 Dec. Superfast, just need to drop a card in the checkout dropbox, and off we go … 👍 Thank you York Hotel, a weekend well spent! Served by the awesome team during our stay 🙏🏻.

Overall, Boss Hotel is a very good one. Very convenient to reach other places in Singapore. The room is very clean and enjoyable to stay, besides all the staff are very friendly. Bravo 👏

Hi actually overall service standard is very average. Not extremely good or neither very bad. Room is cosy and cold enough for me. Breakfast is on time. Only local channel TV. Checking in and out time is smooth. I like the rooftop pool. Small and very nice for my "me" time. Housekeeping and front desk was OK. Foreigners can consider this if you love to shop in the heart of the city of Singapore.

The room is spacious, tidy and clean. Everything in the room is in good working order except the doorbell. The room maintenance lady is courteous, friendly and very efficient. I am amazed by her efficiency in changing bedsheets and tidying up the room and bathroom, all alone in less than 10 mins. We had breakfast included in room rates and it is definitely worthwhile as breakfast is sumptuous and portions are big at Trishaw Coffee House. There's a choice between Western & Asian menus and they served different items even if you choose the same menu every day. The service is wonderful! 3 lifts but only 2 were working. (Maybe the middle lift was closed to allow at least 1m social distancing for the other 2 working lifts. Haha. Just kidding). We didn't try out the swimming pool. The gym is small with equipment for cardio exercises. Only 2 people can be there at any one time with an access key from reception. Happy Joy Restaurant serves big portions. The promotions they offered are worth it and the food is delicious! We made full use of the free open-air parking. Lots of available parking lots. Velocity and United Square malls are within 5 min walk away. Novena MRT is right below Velocity, location is very good for shopping and eating. However, a few downsides: Checking in is a huge pain. We waited for 45 mins just to register for check-in even though we had paid in full online with printed out receipts to show. Seems like their computer system is slow. Each group that checked-in takes about 10 to 15 mins each. We were lucky that we were early and had 3 groups in front of us. On other days, we see the line snaked across the front lobby. 3 pm - 5 pm is peak queuing time! Apart from the doorbell not working, I found holes in a bedsheet. Quite a few holes. The bedsheet is totally white so if you just roll into bed to sleep, you probably won't notice. Not a big deal. Although the front desk said all rooms are non-smoking rooms but there was a very strong cigarette odour the moment I walked from the lift lobby to my room door. It lingered there. Didn't go away. I have to hold my breath when I exited my room and dashed to the lift lobby and did likewise when I went back to my room. The room is OK, no cigarette odour. I don't see anyone loitering at the corridor smoking. Not sure where the cigarette odour came from. Some bathroom wall tile grout is black. My boy complained that it's black mould on the first day and didn't want to take his bath. Took him some time to get used to it. The washbasin is way too low. I'm 1.74m and I have to kneel to use it so that my clothes don't get wet from the water splash. The TV screen has lines across the screen and the colour display is not good. However, there's Netflix and YouTube to watch on TV so that's good enough for me. Free wifi is not very stable. Have to wait out for the movie to load from time to time. Checking out is a breeze. 5 seconds. Just return access cards and we went off. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. Good value for money, good breakfast, good service.

Very strategic location. Next to MRT bencoolen and convinience store. Also near bus stop, many restaurants, and singapura clinic. Can go to bugis street, selegie, fort canning on foot. The room is clean, front office is kind. I will stay here again if I go to SG.

Good location. Walking distance to Somerset and Orchard for food. Bus station right in front of the hotel. Recommended to also have breakfast in the hotel. The room is spacious especially the bathroom. Also have balcony if you want to enjoy the afternoon outside your room.

Stayed for a night and it was good. The room was diff from the picture and it’s slightly smaller than expected but overall it was an enjoyable stay. The bathroom was spacious and we got a mini balcony as well. Check in and out was fast and efficient. Recommended.

I love the big window and the room was very clean. There is a water dispenser inside the room with hot and cold water. The check-in and check-out were very quick. Seems like this hotel is used a lot by my family so it feels pretty safe staying here. All in all this hotel is worth the price for staying in Singapore.

This accommodation is perfect for families with small kids. Room was beautifully setup. While waiting for check in, kids were entertained with ice-cream and balloon sculpting. $60 credits were used for our dinner and light snacks from the nearby food, so convenient especially for Muslims! Great stay!

Hotel room is nice and comfortable. Swimming pool is very clean! Buffet has a good selection of food and the quality is there!

Thank you for the free upgrade to Deluxe room for me and my family. I was surprised for the Birthday greeting cards as well as the chocolate by the front desk staff. Their way of handling the issue makes me worry free, especially with our request. Even the cleaners are friendly and helpful with the help ask. If got chance, will visit again.

Their front officers was kind, considerate, helpful, and informative... And I like their new renovation, it looks brighter and cleaner now. Their Christmas eve buffet was awesome.. Overall I enjoyed our stay there.

Room were small. But just nice for 2.. Staff were wonderful.. Love the swimming pool.. Breakfast was normal.. Walking distance to the free shuttle.. Do take their free guide around their hotel.. Is an eye opener.. Really enjoyed staying here..

After seeing the reviews of other guests, I was a bit scared to bring my family to this staycation. But when I actually checked in/my stay things aren't that bad and actually me and my family quite like this hotel.- Booked 4 rooms for 3d2n.- Check in was seamless fast/efficient just need get everyone's ID and the key is ready. Staff explained to us the details such as free parking/booking of pools limit to 5 guest/- As our rooms got is without breakfast staff explained to us that is $ 10 per person. So we gave it a try for 1D. -When we stepped into our rooms we were quite happy first thing first, room with Singapore flyer view.- Rooms' TV with Netflix! -Rooms are clean and although was a bit old but I must say is big + clean! - Room amenities that they even provide hotel slippers/cotton stick/body lotion!- I must say that for the location/room size and cleanliness is most important definitely I will come back to this hotel again! My experience/stay was definitely a pleasant one. Things are not really that bad from what other guest review la. Maybe different people different expectations. But I find it good. Will definitely be back again soon!

Behind the new mall in Singapore, Funan Mall. It takes 5 minutes walk to the MRT CITY HALL station. Clean enough & safe enough. Sure will be stay here when I’m in Singapore.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially those staff at the 10th floor lounge area it is unforgettable experience their hospitality no one can compare. The Best.

Great stay! Bottles of water are provided in the room, towels and toothbrushes too. Coffee is available at the lounge facing the fountain. The double room is kind of small for two people though, minimal walking space.

I really liked the aesthetics of the room and the hotel. Detailed in curating a good experience for customers. Room a little small but just right for soloist~ The bar looks very good on the exterior, didn't get to go. The breakfast was decent and valuable for price paid. Would want to go back here again or recommend friends on a solo staycation.

It was a great experience stay at this hotel. They provided a great sleeping mattress (Serta standard), free water dispenser which is really useful for us as a traveler and clean room. The staff also friendly, kind and helpful. At last, these hotel was really worth it for you to stay with affordable price, splendid job

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast enough too. No need to worry for a taxi to return to hotel after shopping or meal around Orchard Road at night time, because Holiday Inn is only a few step from Orchard Road 😃

Lyf actually similar to studio apartment, very good facilities (gym, laundry, cafe) but no swimming pool. Location was very great, bus stop just in front the hotel and MRT station just 200m from hotel. The room not too big and no TV and fridge, but it was very clean.

Good hospitality. We are arranged to lounge while waiting our room to be ready at check in time. Got upgrade for the 3rd night stay to superior city view. Very strategic location also!

I've stayed here for countless times, it's my favourite weekend hotel because of the location and atmosphere! A lot of Halal food options around, great smart TV where I can watch YouTube and Netflix with ease and also, I can chill out at the IG-worthy pool!

It was worth every cent!!! The hotel’s located right above Outram MRT Station. And there’s so many restaurants within walking distance. You can actually go to Chinatown within 7-10 minutes by strolling slowly. Most importantly, it is only 1 station away from Harborfront if you need to travel through the ferry terminal, and you can go to Changi Airport by traveling from Outram MRT. Best location ever.

Great stay. All staff were pleasant. Check in was a little slow but under one hour and fuss free so that's okay. Room was fully equipped with ironing board, safe, hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge, tea and coffee set. Despite reading several reviews that had mini cockroaches, our bedroom was clean and comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Enjoyed the bathtub. Walking distance to Bugis and Arab Street. Did not have a good night's sleep though, but maybe that's just us as we felt the bed and comforter was not comfortable enough.

Best hotel in Singapore so far. Room is chic and clean. Hotel provides cellphone, tap drinking water and ironing machine. We were also admitted to early check in. Superb.

Overall a pretty decent stay, accommodated our request for early check in and late check out. Rooms are small but functional. Pool and gym slots are very hard to book though. Cocktail class is great!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time at the hotel. Everything was almost perfect! The ambience is nice to relax and recharge ourselves. The kitchenette is perfect cause we get to cook our favourite meals and if we are missing any ingredients we can simply get it from the supermarket at the mall right beside the hotel! Housekeeping request was a breeze especially getting our preferred pillows! The bathroom is love. The bathtub is huge and ample space to place anything along it. And a major appreciation to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash from Malin Goetz! The divider between the bed and the other part of the room was a nice touch to provide that separate space if you have some guest over for a couple of hours. 1 smal down side is some cleanliness issue. That's 1 cause mu husband is OCD. So there were some dust and stain that was not thoroughly cleaned. But overall, highly recommended!

Had an impromptu staycay with my husband here & we enjoyed our short stay. A nice boutique hotel that is very near Bugis. Nice & friendly staffs. Room is very small but decent for boutique hotel. Requested for vegetarian breakfast & got some good white bee hoon mee with mock meat from killiney that's opposite the hotel. Take note that late check out is chargeable at $25 per hour. Would come back for the rooftop room one day 😊

It's our second time there and we must say we loved it as always. The staff was kind and gladly get us the 08 series for my boyfiend's birthday! As our stay was during the 2nd phase restrictions, we ordered food. Fairytail restaurant. The food was delicious especially the steak and chicken burger! The staff were kind as well, gave us a larva cake for my bf's birthday! Really love every bit of the hotel! (: Looking forward to our 3rd time there in August!

Great staycation for me and my boyfriend. Quite disappointed that the toilet doesn't have a shower head, bidet spray but the bath tub was big and spacious 😎. The hotel was really fast and efficient on the checking in and out plus the effort of designing the room as it was my anniversary on that day + the complementary cake too! They also offered to make up my room during our 2nd day! Breakfast and lunch was good during my stay there. Was very filling and bloated 😋🤣. Swimming pool was good but during cold weather the water was really cold. Bedroom was very spacious and we had a nice view from our room. Bed was very comfortable to sleep. I don't mind coming back again for my next staycation. Stay safe everyone 😷

I have a great experiance staying at this hotel. The room very clean. We can use the microwave for cooking. Also they have mini kitchen. Close with the mrt china town. Just follow the exit F to reach the hotel.

The place is very cozy. I like the reading space on the 2nd level. Very near food court and market.

Very cheap, got it for $70/night after the promo code. It's a good and clean hotel for this price, although there was a weird smell with the pillows. But it is fine considering the price :)

This is a beautiful and clean hotel, with great services provided by front desk and concierge. It is a hidden gem and quiet getaway if you are looking to rest and retreat from the city staycation. We had a wonderful experience at the One15 Marina Cove. I booked the Hillview Room but was surprised by the front desk of the complimentary upgrade to the Marina View Room. It encompassed of all of the amenities needed, and has a balcony view of the view of yachts. The rooms were clean, very comfortable (there was even a TV by the bathtub) Excellent property and very convenient to Cold Storage, playgrounds, and restaurants. Personally, I think everything was great, except that bedding was a little firm for liking, and the water pressure/heating can be improved more. Other than that, I will come back to stay in this hotel for staycation in Sentosa. If you are looking for a place to slow down and break from being busy, this is it.

Just perfect for young family with kids. bed was king size so my child can sleep in a better way. very closed with McDonald's, subway and cold storage (supermarket) so no worries for your needs. MRT just about 200 meters and there a bus station. Newton food court just about 1 station from Stevens MRT if you need any option. Even the bathroom have no doors but inside it the shower and toilets were separated by doors. AC was so cold and the kitchen have a lot of tools to support your leftover foods. definitely go back.

The room is very suitable for family group travellers. There is a big refrigerator, microwave, complete set of kitchen equipment. Less than 100 meters to MRT station. Surprisingly, during our stay in December 17, the hotel gave all guests free American breakfast.
