The check-in staff is friendly and helpful. She helped us all the way through the check-in process and made sure we had the rooms on the same floor. Also, she made sure the rooms are well prepared although we checked in 15 minutes too early. The location is superb, easy to get around Orchard Road. Will definitely stay again in Yotel if we ever go back to Singapore again.

I had such a wonderful stay! All of the staff is very, very friendly. The hotel location is very close to the bus stop and MRT station, and most importantly, the room space is very big compared to another Singapore hotel. I recently stayed at Village Hotel Bugis and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The property offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and value—making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel’s location is one of its strongest advantages. It is only about a five-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station (Exit B), and just steps away from Bugis Junction and Bugis Street, two of Singapore’s most vibrant shopping and dining areas. There is also a 7-Eleven convenience store directly across the hotel, which is very handy for quick needs or late-night snacks. Although the building appears slightly dated, the facilities are well-maintained and function perfectly fine, ensuring guests still enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating—they provided smooth assistance during check-in and were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. My room was spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. Another highlight is that tap water is safe to drink, which adds an extra layer of convenience for travelers. Considering its strategic location, room quality, and level of service, the room rate is quite reasonable and well worth the price. Overall, Village Hotel Bugis delivers an excellent stay experience that balances comfort, accessibility, and value—definitely a hotel I would recommend for anyone visiting Singapore.

Very worth the money. I came earlier than the check-in time and left my luggage to stroll around, and when I came back, my luggage was already put in my room. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and informative. The room is clean and has a Smart TV. So close to Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT, even Mustafa is just less than 10 minutes' walk. Might consider staying here again. Thank you!

The room was clean, they had a filtered water machine inside the room which was very helpful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they also helped me to book a taxi to the airport. I definitely will stay again next time.

Hilton Singapore Orchard

This was a last minute, same day booking. We checked in quite late, close to midnight. The receptionist was very patient and helpful. The customer before us was quite rowdy and seemed to be drunken and the female receptionist handled him with a lot of grace and patience. Bravo! Hilton is a strategic choice for those keen to spend the day mall crawling down Orchard Road.

Incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of local and international dishes. Hotel staff is friendly, room is minimalist but the amenities are fully provided, and they have bidet, the view from room is great. Staying at Hotel Royal is a very pleasant experience. Starting from the service from the management level to the house keeping, all is the best. Orchard Hotel Singapore

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

Hotel Chancellor@Orchard

The hotel is very comfortable, in the Orchard Mall and Concord Mall area, very easy to access, 30 minutes from the airport, clean and has beautiful views of the buildings, the receptionist can answer all our questions and needs.
