Clean! 200m to Lavender MRT. Easy access. It is the quality of Worldwide Hotel Group as expected. However, I was surprised by wonderful customer service! After knowing that I would take a night scheduled flight, James at the front desk gave me a special late check-out time. Thank you so much, James! I really appreciate it. Hopefully Hotel Boss will always give special service to customers from time to time!

Very satisfied, access to the hotel is very easy after exiting the Lavender MRT. Pass McDonald's, follow the sidewalk along the bus stop on the right side of the road, continue until the traffic light ends on the right side of the hotel. Rain is also safe for pedestrians. You can enter your room until 2 PM. You can leave your luggage before or after check-in. The room and bathroom are clean, comfortable, have Wi-Fi, hairdryer, hot water. You can do laundry and ironing on the 4th floor. Very satisfied.

Decent and affordable hotel. Check-in and check-out was very easy and quick. I like that they provide very loose check-out time, easier for tourists to arrange anything before leaving.

We had an early morning flight and arrived at around 10 a.m. at the hotel. We only expected to drop our baggage, but the staff said that we could check in right away at 10 a.m.! It was a lifesaver since we could sleep for a while and had energy for the rest of the day. Love this so much!
