Such an excellent service, the staff, Fong, was really helpful and friendly, gave us early check-in and late check-out, very fast check-in process. Definitely will stay there again.

Yi Ren at the front desk provided us with amazing service and made us feel welcomed. We arrived earlier than scheduled and he let us check-in early and even gave us an upgrade! But the shops around the hotel are a little dodgy to put it kindly, like the money changer that gave me stink-eye for asking a simple question, which creates a sketchy atmosphere whenever walking to the lobby. As for the room, it's well maintained, with no issues about the cleanliness. However, the walls are thin so you may hear neighbouring guests and even running pipe water. The problem is amplified by the other guests that are very rude, inconsiderate, and loud. The lobby and common areas are bustling with these types of guests 24/7. Hope the hotel can implement procedures to control these guests as they besmirch this otherwise amazing hotel. Would recommend for solo-travellers that want an affordable option, but would not recommend for families.

The hotel lobby is spacious, elegant, and smells wonderful. The staff are enthusiastic. We were able to upgrade the room. The room is well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The location is convenient for getting around, eating, and having fun. Highly recommend 👍🏻

There is no "Do not disturb" button or sign. We stayed for two nights and did not want anyone to enter the room. However, we noticed that the trash had been cleaned, the bed sheet had been changed, and the towel had been replaced with a new one. Although nothing was missing, we felt uncomfortable that the staff entered the room while we were gone.
