It takes around 20 minutes to get to Singapore city centre. There is also the Bugis street Bazaar and a mall nearby at the City Hall as well.The hotel has their own restaurant where they would be able to provide a buffet breakfast. They are also able to cook up Meditrranean dishes. It is located around 150 meters from the main hotel. It is an absolute haven. Besides Mediterranean dish, Trattoria Lafiandra are able to provide other variety of food too. The food are also halal food and Muslim guest do not need to worry about eating anything there.The hotel is currently holding a promotion that any guests who book at this hotel will receive a 2 hour late check out and complimentary parking.

The service was excellent. I met a staff member named Mr. Benson. We had no issues, and checked in at 2:00 PM and were given a 30-minute check-out time, which is usually 11:00 AM (unlike in Indonesia).

This hotel no longer provides drinking water. There are only dispensers on the back of the first floor and on the third floor by the swimming pool.

The hotel location is great, next to MRT Bencoolen exit A, in front of mosque, 200 meter seven eleven, the environment is also best. The room cleanliness is good.

Next to the hotel is MRT and bus, very convenient to move. This area is very close to everywhere, Chinatown, Merlion, Outram Park, Bugis... in general very convenient. The room service is ok, there are good amenities such as hot and cold water, wifi, toilet spray, refrigerator. The staff is very friendly. Especially Mr. Danson, very supportive. Breakfast is acceptable, not too many dishes. In short, it feels comfortable.
