We had a wonderful stay at V Hotel Bencoolen! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They immediately helped us with our luggage, and even offered us an early check-in without us asking for it. The hotel also has a self-service laundry, which was very convenient. The instructions were clear, and the staff patiently explained how to use the machines. The location is excellent—only about a 1-minute walk from the MRT station. The area is not too crowded, making it comfortable to get around. There is an Anywheel bike station right in front of the hotel, a 7-Eleven next door, and a food court just beside it with plenty of delicious comfort food. Don't miss the Pao Fan—it was so good! What impressed me the most was their exceptional service after we had already checked out. I had a Taobao parcel that unfortunately arrived after my departure. I contacted the hotel from Indonesia, and they were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. They promptly replied to all my emails, printed the airway bill for me, attached it to the parcel, labeled it as requested, and even helped hand the package over to the SingPost courier. They truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, patience, and outstanding hospitality. The service was absolutely top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore!

I really like this hotel. It's located right next to Bencoolen MRT station exit A, so you don't have to walk far or get caught in the rain. There's a mosque in front of the hotel. Next to the mosque is a Padang restaurant, which is very safe for Indonesians. A money changer is right next to the hotel door. Bencoolen Street is very quiet, not crowded, but there are lots of transportation points, bus stops, and MRT stations. There are many convenience stores, and in the blocks near the hotel there are also many coffee shops and comfortable places to eat. The cleanliness is extraordinary. We stayed in a family room for 4 nights until June 26th, and our room was cleaned every day when we left the hotel. All towels were changed, coffee, tea, even tissues and bathroom amenities. Very cool. The service was very friendly, both receptionists were very helpful, the doorman was always smiling, even the cleaning service asked if we needed clean towels when passing by our room. Definitely will be back every time we go to Singapore. Keep up the excellence, V Bencoolen!

The hotel is very well located with many transportation options. The room was small for 2 persons with each 28" baggage and a normal-sized backpack. The cleaning service only changed towels and tidied up our bed. Our trash piled up because it was not removed from our room. The pillows were very hard and high, and we all had neck pain. The duvet was also small for 2 persons. The breakfast was boring and had average quality. There were not many options, and a couple of guests even paid for other breakfast the restaurant sells or ate instant noodles. We only ate the breakfast because we paid for it in advance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was okay for 1 or 2 days, but I don't recommend staying here for a longer time.

I traveled to Singapore with my two daughters. The location is the best, easy to access because it's so near to the MRT station. Personally, the room is small, but it's clean and tidy. First, we got a room with no view at all and requested a room with a better view. They moved us to another room which had a better view. Thank you❤️ and highly recommended!

It's a pleasant experience to stay here because you can leave all your luggage before check-in or check-out. The service is very friendly, especially from Mr. Henry. It's close to both the MRT and bus stations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and of course, there's a bidet. Access to popular attractions is easy, and for those who like to smoke, it's easy to find a smoking area.

I stayed for three days and asked for help cleaning every day. When I returned from my trip, the room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. The MRT is very close, and Grab picks up from the hotel's backyard.
