The service was excellent. I met a staff member named Mr. Benson. We had no issues, and checked in at 2:00 PM and were given a 30-minute check-out time, which is usually 11:00 AM (unlike in Indonesia).

This hotel no longer provides drinking water. There are only dispensers on the back of the first floor and on the third floor by the swimming pool.

Next to the hotel is MRT and bus, very convenient to move. This area is very close to everywhere, Chinatown, Merlion, Outram Park, Bugis... in general very convenient. The room service is ok, there are good amenities such as hot and cold water, wifi, toilet spray, refrigerator. The staff is very friendly. Especially Mr. Danson, very supportive. Breakfast is acceptable, not too many dishes. In short, it feels comfortable.
