One of my favorite hotels in Singapore. I have stayed many times here. The one thing I didn't like is the mall is a bit far from this hotel. Overall, this hotel is great.

This is our nth time staying at Hotel Boss. Special thanks to Mr. Andrew for kindly giving us an early check-in and a room upgrade. Overall, everything was fine, but the hotel facilities felt very limited. When I asked the receptionist if I could heat up some food using a microwave, I was told that the hotel does not have one and was advised to borrow a microwave from a nearby Cheers or 7-Eleven. In addition, when my child asked for some fruit to be cut, I asked the receptionist if I could borrow a knife to cut the fruit or if they could help cut it for us. Once again, I was told that they do not have a knife. I’m not sure whether the hotel truly does not have a microwave or a knife, or if it was just an excuse, because it seems quite unreasonable for a hotel not to have such basic facilities.

The stay was amazing, check-in and check-out process [was] really fast. Amazing swimming pool. Hotel [is] located right at the bus stop and near Haji Lane.

Large lobby. Clean, small rooms. Toilets were also clean. There was a TV problem, and staff immediately came to fix it. Overall, it was very comfortable and close to everything.

Staying here was a pleasant experience. The staff hospitality is normal. The cleanliness was good. The small size of the room is the only drawback, though. The breakfast on the 4th floor was great! Very delicious, can't move on from the hash browns and waffles. Would consider staying here again!
