Clean! 200m to Lavender MRT. Easy access. It is the quality of Worldwide Hotel Group as expected. However, I was surprised by wonderful customer service! After knowing that I would take a night scheduled flight, James at the front desk gave me a special late check-out time. Thank you so much, James! I really appreciate it. Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boss. The room was very comfortable, with strong air conditioning that kept the room pleasantly cool throughout our stay. The tap water was also clean and clear, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. Special thanks to James at the reception, who went above and beyond by upgrading our Superior Twin Room to a Superior Queen Room with a beautiful city view and extending our check-out time until 1:00 PM for FREE. His kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Singapore Government has progressively implemented a series of measures to reduce the risk of imported cases and slow the transmission of the virus. A 4-star hotel in Lavender, close to Bugis and directly across from the mosque. The lobby is very spacious, with a large drop-off and pickup area. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. A short walk to the MRT. The rooms are a bit small, but well-equipped, with all amenities provided. The bathroom is also small, but equipped with soap, shampoo, and other amenities. Mineral water is not provided. The swimming pool is quite large, and there's a gym in front of it. There's a children's playground. On the ground floor around the hotel are a row of restaurants with various cuisines, a mini market, and a salon. A 500m walk away is a popular restaurant that's quite popular with tourists. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the food here. However, the hotel was very busy during my stay. Given its strategic location and affordable price for Singapore, it's certainly expected to be busy. The staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are very easy. Overall, I give Hotel Boss a 4/5 rating. Providing mineral water would be even better, as not all tourists can drink tap water.

Met staff named Mr. Andrew. He was so nice and gave me a room with a city view. The room is so clean, amenities complete. Near about 200-350m from Lavender MRT, which means there are some food stores there.

The halal menu does not have chicken or meat, I stayed for 2 nights, breakfast was only eggs and sausages as the main menu.

When I first entered the hotel, it was majestic and breathtaking. Grandeur lighting and staff were friendly. MRT easy accessible.
