• Last check-in time: 11.30 PM. Any late arrival would not be entertained and no refund will be made.
• Please inform the hostel should you require to check-in late after 11.30 PM or arriving late due to delay. Any uninformed delay arrival may be deemed as "NO SHOW" and the hostel has the rights to cancel the booking with 100% penalty.
• You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals.
• Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed.
• Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

It was my first experience staying in a "capsule". Capsule Pod personalized your stay in a way that you are responsible for yourself. Check in is after 15:00 and check out is before 10:30. Be aware of the, particularly, check out time as once you passed it, you'd better stay for another night 😉 Getting in the area and room with your own booking ID number. Therefore ensuring that only those who have reservations at Capsule Pod can enter. No shoes are allowed when entering the area. I had an upper bunk, Room 21-09. My fear came true. Tried to change bunk yet wasn't possible as their system is way too advance 😁 with self check in facility. But in the end I know how to climb up and down. Finally. It has four bathrooms. Quite limited so self-management is a must so you do not end up queuing for the bathroom 😉 Capsule Pod's location is super strategic. Bus stop and MRT station are within walking distance. I spent a lot of time in a mall nearby 😅 China Point something as it rained a lot during my visit to Singapore. Many restaurants too. Capsule Pod also provides vending machine with necessary items for light travellers. I hope to return and get the bottom bunk. As I always say, nothing beats first hand experience. So come and stay at Capsule Pod, Upper Cross, Chinatown, Singapore.

Very good new capsules pod hotel, very recommended. Private room very ideal for family with 4 persons, very clean hotel. During my 2 nights stay tv does not work at all, the rest is wonderful. Cons: check out time is too early 10:10am !

I had a great stay overnight experience here. The location is very strategic and easily found. The room, the female restroom and the bed is clean. You just have to use your last 6 digits booking number as your key and locker key. They have free water, hot water, and free coffee/lattee/teh tarik/milo. If you are too lazy to go out, they have vending machine which sell instant noodles and cold beverages. They also sell canned beers. It's very recommended for a backpacker.

There is smoking area inside. My bed clean & comfy, however even though I paid extra for lower bed, the hotel insisted it subjected to availability :(

Due to covid-19 can't contact hotel staff and no any response / feedback from hotel staff for amendment. First and last time also, never stay here anymore. Good bye Capsule Pod China town.

They do not clean the bed. The reason is that I extent my stay. Before I stay for two days and cheack out on 10.00 am. But because of the flight canceled so I booked a new one and back to this pod hotel at 16.41.

Convenient, next to the mrt. Walk out. Exit E. See it. Lovely staff. The bathroom is clean enough. There is a shared bathroom, 2nd floor, 3rd floor is a female bathroom. The hostel is clean, safe, get free coffee, my experience staying check-in at 11 pm past. But the receptionist or the owner kindly serves. Strategic place near MRT, don't regret staying here. No deposit either.
