The room is very clean. The bed is wider than expected. Can sleep two people comfortably The bed has a charger both usb and plug. There are mirrors changing the light in many colors. There is a room lock button. Turn off the lights in the room With curtains The room has a TV and aircon. Very comfortable. There is a private bathroom in the room. The bathroom has all the amenities. Shampoo, shower cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, hair dryer, towel. There are also many hanging towels. The bathroom is very clean. There are walking shoes in the room. Access to common accommodation and rooms Then use the code to press the door No need to carry any keys The common area is very clean, fragrant, has an automatic vending machine. There is a Nescafe with free coffee and hot milo. With free hot and cold water filling See that there is a laundry cabinet, probably have to coin The area is very convenient. Near Chinatown There is a bus stop in front of the accommodation. The mall and MRT are just opposite. Very convenient. Overall it's very good. There is a chance to go to stay again. Recommend now.

Awesome check in process and the lady at the reception is very kind to help us. we stayed 3 nights and the hotel's policy to clean up only 1 time so we got our towel changed only once but no problem for us. the room is sparkling clean, hot water running well. I am amazed that they provide amenities like hotel's quality. Very close to MRT chinatown

I had a great stay overnight experience here. The location is very strategic and easily found. The room, the female restroom and the bed is clean. You just have to use your last 6 digits booking number as your key and locker key. They have free water, hot water, and free coffee/lattee/teh tarik/milo. If you are too lazy to go out, they have vending machine which sell instant noodles and cold beverages. They also sell canned beers. It's very recommended for a backpacker.

They do not clean the bed. The reason is that I extent my stay. Before I stay for two days and cheack out on 10.00 am. But because of the flight canceled so I booked a new one and back to this pod hotel at 16.41.

The place is very close to Chinatown MRT and roadside, so if you are grabbing or the bus is easy. The place is clean and comfortable. It's just that there are only 2 toilets and are very narrow. For girls there is a hair drier but it is less comfortable when grooming in a public toilet because the glass is outside while the glass is inside the toilet. The lights and the water turn on automatically, so the clock cannot turn on the room lights or the water in the toilet to defecate.

Terrible service. The staff were rude and unfriendly from the very start (at check in)--as if we owed them so much for letting us stay. This hostel also had so many strict rules that were never disclosed and agreed to by the guests upon booking. They were also unresponsive when I tried contacting them by email. Not accommodating at all. They need to improve the customer experience in this place. Do not stay here if you expect to be treated like a person.

Very good new capsules pod hotel, very recommended. Private room very ideal for family with 4 persons, very clean hotel. During my 2 nights stay tv does not work at all, the rest is wonderful. Cons: check out time is too early 10:10am !
