Great location as it has an an easy access to MRT station and ITS. Just next to Novena Square.

Great place to stay and very convenient. The room size is big and clean. No worries of raining as there is underpass that connected to Novena MRT and Shopping Mall. Highly recommend to stay in this Hotel for any purpose of Travel to Singapore.

Very helpful staff particularly Jennifer and Daniel. Location very close to MRT was a big adventage in communication. Very handy food corner and grocery shop. Would recommend to all friends.

First they gave me uncleaned room from the previous guest, there was a miss in their system. But the hotel manager ' s respons was great, they appologized, upgrade my room and provide a free airport transfer.

Just to be clear, I didn't get to stay at the hotel. I mistakenly booked the hotel on the same date at night (it 's my first time using the app to book a hotel and I am not familiar with it). I immediately reflected to the hotel and app but didn't help.

Staff is very friendly. You want to go to MRT? They have access direct into basement connect to Novena MRT. Novena MRT is on the red line, just 2 line after orchard. Nice! Room space is big if we compare with other hotel in Singapore with same rate. You want to eat or shop? 7/11 is near hotel, you can go there just by walk around 3 minutes, and you can go to novena velocity just by walk for 1 minutes. Location is in front mount elizabeth novena and novena medical centre also, just 3 minutes by walk. Location is good. Bathroom have shower, bathtub and full amenities that you need. Wifi connection also awesome! Great hotel to stay!
