I stayed for 3 days with my kids. Very nice and comfortable hotel. The Hotel has a heated pool. The bellboy help me when I needed a hair tie and they looked for me for free. Very touching ❤️

Light, airy and very spacious. Vert welcoming atmosphere. Teh staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast were amazing. The locatiin of the hotel is great, near to braga. Will be bafk to this plafe soon

The staff were friendly. I arrived at the hotel at 11.30, and surprisingly I can directly check in to my booked room as it 's been ready; Tho the regulation said check in can only be done at 3 pm. The hotel is also near to Braga St, one of the iconic streets in Bdg.

The room are comfortable, but TV channels some time missing signal. The staff are friendly, but waiting so long for check in. Overall good place to stay with family, and so authentic hotel with culture decorations.
