For a 4* equivalent, actually getting a complimentary slice of birthday cake should be free, although it depends on the hotel, but mine usually comes free. Here too, the male boss finally gave it free despite arguing with the FO first, but that reduces the value of friendliness in service. The female FO was really rude, don't know her name.

Best place in Bandung, near from Braga. For holidays with family, it's a good choice.

It was fun and satisfying staying at El Hotel.

We've stayed at El Hotel Bandung several times. It's a great experience, as it's very close to Braga, a youth icon. It's a 5-minute walk. We've stayed in different room types, and they've all been very pleasant.

Traveling with family supported by close access to the hotel is one of the important points in enjoying a vacation.
