The check in process was good and smooth. When check out, the receptionist asked about the stay experience which is good. The not so good is the bathroom. It is slippery and there is no safety handle so this is not friendly for old people. No doors between the shower and the sink so water comes out and this is what makes it slippery. Thanks and overall enjoyed the stay, the good thing is there was an activity of decorating cupcake for the children.

The only thing I would complain is the air conditioner, it was like it wasn't functioning at all. Facilities, hygiene, staffs hospitality 👍.
