What a pleasant stay! The staffs are nice & helpful. The room is big and very comfortable to take a rest here. Though I'm hoping the bathroom's cleanliness could be improved (its already clean, just having few stains at the shower). Keep up the good service. I'm looking forward to my next trip and staying here😄

Great! The staffs were so kind, they approved my honeymoon request with a total sweet service! You can also find street food in the front of the hotel, such bubur ayam, mie ayam, pecel ayam, etc. So, in any chances I get back to this city, I would be so happy to stay here again!

First of all, the room carpets are dirty and I asked to clean it, the bed quilt and pillows are old, worn and smell not good, there is no table to put the luggage on, there is a blockage in the bathroom, the water tap moves and needs to be tightened.

All the superior room is smoking room. What I hate the most is the bathroom smells so fishy, called the room service and they spraying the room BUT the smells is too worst, it can't be solved 😠maybe I'm just unlucky, or maybe because I'm using the cheapest room. But definitely not come back here again. Never 😢

My first time check-in in harris fox, comparing to other harris properties, this is the worst, small cabinet to store your cloth, no hanger inside the room, a lot of stain on the bed, no in room dining menu inside the room, you have to look their commercial on tv to scan, which making no sense, you have to wait long time and it only few second appear before you can scan. You have to call room dining again to ask for the real menu and after they give, they want it me to return it back? Seriously? You don't have spare? And room dining staff lacking of product knowledge, need to ask and being called back to know that some of they product that I order is not available until I choose burger and spaghetti aglo olio. The kitchen staff is worst! Don't know how to cook spaghetti aglo olio. Who can eat aglo olio super spicy, even the real aglo olio is not spicy. I don't want to call back to complain because I know it will be useless. I also found the room super dirty and not hygiene, really not recommend to stay here! The worst Harris I ever stay.

I enjoy staying at Fox Harris because the rooms are spacious, the food is delicious but the swimming pool is a bit dingy and lacks color. Overall Fox Harris City Center Bandung is okay, next time I will stay here again.

According to the description, the rooms are spacious and clean. Cold AC, hot water works well. Just for standard breakfast. The menu is less varied. Less parking space. But assisted by friendly valet security. The FO staff are friendly and assisted with early check-in at 12 hours or less. Thank you

The service is okay, the employees are friendly, the hotel rooms are clean, the food is delicious, the restaurant is clean, but the rooms are not soundproof, there is no shower door (open) so water can come out everywhere and the AC room 329 is not cold .
