The location near by BIP (Bandung Indah Plaza) access so easy to go just across, about the room we got the best view at night from our room, parking even so crowd those time but the guy help us to manage then about the breakfast the taste is good the last about pool kids are enjoy because the water little warm they said. Over all good thanks.

We have quite satisfying experience today in Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel. The location is very strategic, the food is good, the facilities are good. Thank you Mr. Uus for asking our feedback. But unfortunately the spa is still closed and in swimming pool no staff standing by there so we didn't get swimming towel and there are some guest that smoking there, personally it's disturbing for someone who has asthma and baby there.

2nd time staying here, first here 4 years ago. Turns out it's still okay, I'm very satisfied. Fast service, spacious rooms, spacious beds, clean, complete amenities. The location is also very strategic because it is flanked by 2 malls so it's really easy if you want to eat you don't have to go far. Very worth it at that price, a 4-star hotel with a 5-star taste. πŸ‘

Nice hotel. Friendly, comfortable service, what must be improved again is that the hot water is not stable. After shampooing, the water doesn't even get hot. The result is a cold shower. Overall, I want to come back again, if I go to Bandung. Thanks best western. The honeymoon is very effective.
