I don't know how many times I've been to this hotel, and I keep coming back because the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the housekeeping is also fast. I had trouble with the hairdryer, but Gece immediately found a replacement. The latest information this September is that the outdoor playground is still not finished being renovated, but the garden is said to be ready.

Comfortable accommodation for families I went to JSI because I wanted to go glamping but didn't want to go far, but it turned out the facilities were very complete. Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is comfortable, cool in the morning, and the glamping area has a portable AC fan. Food: The breakfast has a wide selection and is all delicious, I want more. Staff Assistance: The staff are friendly and respond very quickly to chats when needed. Highlights: The glamping area is loved by both children and adults. Price: The price is affordable and easy on the budget. Location: The location is very strategic and there's no traffic jam because it's right after Starbucks in Ciawi.

I booked the Sahara, but I upgraded to the Gladiator, which has a natural, chilled feel. The food is definitely worth it. Cleanliness and everything else is great. The staff is friendly. There's a shuttle.

This was our umpteenth time staying here. This time at the Grand Gladiator. It was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Although breakfast wasn't served in the restaurant as usual, the hotel let us choose our meal and had it delivered to our room. It rained continuously all day, but we enjoyed the warmth of the family here. Thank you JSI.

I stayed in the Grand Gladiator room. Overall, I was satisfied, but the directions to the room were unclear, especially at night because it's so spacious, so confusing. When I arrived, the kids couldn't enjoy the playground near Rubicon because it was under construction. The first greeting was a cake-like treat with ice cream inside, which unfortunately wasn't for everyone, including me.

The room we booked was very comfortable, but I found the lighting lacking, and the water was a problem. I woke up at 3:00 a.m. to find the water wouldn't turn on. It was quickly fixed and turned back on, but this happened three times. Perhaps because the room we booked was nestled among the trees, two monkeys came and perched on top of the tent, which was a bit annoying. The food was varied and quite tasty. The staff was very friendly, and the facilities were complete, although some were under maintenance (the gym and outdoor playground). Overall, we had a comfortable stay at JSI Resort.

No update to visitors who have registered to check in. Just imagine checking in from 1 am, how can you only enter the unit at almost 4 pm. That was also after the lobby was almost empty of visitors and I complained to a different receptionist even though my toddler was already fussy but from their side no one was sensitive, their responsiveness was really lacking. Okay, continuing, maybe the receptionist was the first to hear my complaint and she immediately approached pretending to print documents at the reception desk where I complained with a nervous face "wait a minute ma'am, the cake is being prepared" haahhh prettt the proof is that even after we were given the access card and arrived at the room, the cake still hadn't arrived.

The room was clean, but the bathroom floor was a bit slippery, and the toilet smelled a bit off. The sliding bathroom door was hard to open and close. The outdoor facilities were very basic, with the mini zoo seemingly neglected, so kids weren't interested. And just a suggestion: please make the jeep music show a children's theme, as it's mostly kids who watch it on weekends. The food was delicious, although a bit sweet, and there was a wide variety. Hopefully, this can be improved. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
