Booked 3 Sahara rooms for 2 nights and received a free upgrade to the Gladiator. The amenities are complete and kid-friendly, with free animal feeding at the mini zoo, foam parties in the pool on weekends, and a great playground. There was a slight issue with the AC sensor upon check-in, but it was quickly resolved by the friendly and efficient staff.

The best staycation experience at JSI Resort. Took 2 nights staying in the Cherokee Tent. Very very comfortable and perfect for healing! Especially on the second night it rained from night to dawn, adding to the serene impression. Overall everything was perfect in this experience. The service from all the staff was very good and friendly, the room was not lacking anything, even when asking for a change of towels & refill of mineral water, everything was cleaned up until the amenities were replaced with new ones. The breakfast was the best! There are so many variations and overall everything is delicious, the menu also changes. Had a chance to try eating at the restaurant too, and it was very worth it for the price offered. Most importantly, this hotel is very kid-friendly. Because they have a large area to explore, there is a swimming pool, a mini zoo, a really cool outdoor playground, very suitable for bringing children to grounding. If asked whether or not to come back, YES, OF COURSE! Next time I think I will try the villa. Thank you, JSI Resort!

Stayed in a Gladiator Container King Room. The atmosphere was very peaceful, the area was spacious, there was a mini zoo, and the breakfast was quite complete and varied. The bathroom was quite clean, but the floor around the shower could have been cleaned better, and the front area was quite dusty. Overall, it was comfortable and suitable for children.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is fast, the facilities are clean, and the facilities are complete (indoor and outdoor playgrounds and a mini zoo). The Puncak area is open and accessible. Despite being in Megamendung, the environment is pleasant and cool. Breakfast is varied.

Cherokee Tent has a nice tent, it's more like a hotel, not glamping. But it's very far from the lobby. And it's a shame cars can't park upstairs. It's perfect for honeymooners. Honestly, the food is a bit lacking in terms of taste. I'd expect good food for that price, but it's a bit disappointing compared to the food at JHL, which is in the same group.

Staying in a Grand Gladiator room, you could hear people upstairs being very noisy, and the soundproofing wasn't good. The AC was also hot! I had to call the AC technician several times to check it. So I couldn't enjoy the hotel because I had to wait three times for the technician to check the AC in my room. Breakfast also took a long time to be refilled when it ran out.

Nice, comfortable, but the Gladiator 3BB toilet can't be pressed, so it's just flushed. I didn't have time to tell the staff. Everything's fine, safe. Suggestion: Put up a curtain for the changing area in the pool since it's a mixed-gender area.
