I really enjoyed staying at JSI. The location is strategic, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are very friendly, the food is great, it's very kid-friendly, the swimming pool and children's play area are complete, plus there's a mini zoo too. Staying here is really addictive.

I don't know how many times I've been to this hotel, and I keep coming back because the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the housekeeping is also fast. I had trouble with the hairdryer, but Gece immediately found a replacement. The latest information this September is that the outdoor playground is still not finished being renovated, but the garden is said to be ready.

Comfortable accommodation for families I went to JSI because I wanted to go glamping but didn't want to go far, but it turned out the facilities were very complete. Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is comfortable, cool in the morning, and the glamping area has a portable AC fan. Food: The breakfast has a wide selection and is all delicious, I want more. Staff Assistance: The staff are friendly and respond very quickly to chats when needed. Highlights: The glamping area is loved by both children and adults. Price: The price is affordable and easy on the budget. Location: The location is very strategic and there's no traffic jam because it's right after Starbucks in Ciawi.

The hotel is very spacious. I got an upgrade to a gladiator room. The breakfast menu has a wide selection. The shows are also cool. There's also a mini zoo. You can also play in the river. Unfortunately, the outdoor playground is currently being renovated.

Dinner lacked variety, for example, beef was made into soto betawi, rib soup, and rendang. Refills took a long time to be refilled, and when asked about it, they got angry, even though it had only been an hour since it started.

Quiet atmosphere, comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff, I was very lucky to book the Grand Gladiator, when I checked in I was upgraded to Villa Rubicon, Alhamdulillah, thank you very much sir (oh my gosh I forgot the name), I felt like I didn't want to go home hi..hi.. Next time I want to stay here again.

Hello, I just happened to stay there on March 28th. Wow, it's cool, from the entrance you can see the security guard who is very friendly and good-looking. The reception is also beautiful. All the staff are good-looking and very helpful. The activity is also fun, it has been rescheduled. The place is also Masya Allah. The downside is that you should be able to check in at 2 o'clock, but it was only ready around 3 o'clock. My body was so tired I wanted to lie down. Coincidentally, the kids and husband had already showered after swimming. I wanted to take a shower at night and the water heater wouldn't work. It was fixed the next day. However, it only heated for less than 1 minute. Never mind the tiredness, for the mendang mendang people, the room facilities are really lacking. I stayed at the Grand Gladiator by the way. The breakfast is also for a 4-star hotel, the food choices are very mediocre, not like the 4-star hotels I've been to before. That's all. Hopefully in the future when my family and I have the fortune to stay there again, there will be much better improvements. Because it's really fun staying here. By the way, for children aged >6 years old, breakfast is already paid 100k, guys. Thank you

Took the Rubicon type with my wife and 3 kids at JSI. The first complaint via chat to the FO was around 5 pm because the water in the room was barely flowing so we all couldn't urinate or defecate, they answered that a technician would be sent to the room to check, okay I waited. Until 7 pm the technician hadn't arrived, so I called the FO directly and was told to just wait, okay I waited again. Around 7:30 because my child was crying and wanted to defecate but couldn't because there was no water, finally I went to the lobby to complain directly to the FO and I asked to meet the duty manager. Finally the duty manager came and explained that there was a broken water pipe and it affected the Rubicon cluster, there were several units that had a problem with the water supply, they asked for another 30 minutes because it was in the process of being repaired and they would contact me when it was finished, okay I waited again. Around 9 pm the water still hadn't come and there was no news at all from them, finally I went to the lobby again to meet the duty manager, finally given the solution of moving rooms and a free upgrade to the bruete type. Imagine being told to hold our urine and feces for several hours because there is no water in the bathroom. The hotel should have an SOP that if there is a problem in the guest unit, it will be resolved within a maximum of 1 or 2 hours. After that, the guest will be immediately moved to another unit without the guest asking.
