Sahara Room 9, the tree next to the room is too tall and dense, there's a lot of leaf litter too. That's all, otherwise it's really good. My son is happy, doesn't want to go home 😁. Hotel JSI is highly recommended, especially for family vacations. Besides the views, it also offers other amenities like a mini zoo. The service provided by all the staff is also excellent.

The bathroom was cleaned again because there were lots of small mosquitoes, and the water drain was expected to be fixed.

I stayed at Riverside. It's a shame I got a tent that wasn't very clean. 1. The tent was dirty with lots of mold. 2. The portable AC was dirty and dusty, I checked the filter and it was very dusty. Coincidentally, when I was using it, it suddenly died so I just cleaned it. 3. Initially, I didn't get towels, mats, and drinking water after I complained. 4. One of the bathroom lights was dead. My suggestions: ~The tent should be cleaned regularly inside. ~The AC filter should also be washed regularly. ~Staff should regularly check for dead lights. ~For room compliments, be more careful during preparation. That's my criticism and suggestions, hopefully it can build JSI to be better in the future.

Everything was great. The facilities, the staff, the rooms—nothing was disappointing.

I got the Gladiator room, but I didn't like it; it was dirty. When I opened the room, my first impression was unpleasant and not fresh. There was a lot of dust, and the cleanliness wasn't maintained. The mattress was bad, and the floor was damaged. The bathroom facilities were incomplete.

Nice place to stay with family, not far from Jakarta city center but traffic can be tricky!

Overall, regarding the room, there were no problems, it was standard. The issue was during check-in, which was delayed by more than an hour. It was evident that the front office was not prepared to receive many guests (both check-in and check-out) during a long holiday. The peak was during breakfast. We had breakfast around 8 AM, when there were already many guests. However, the breakfast refill was very slow, so many menus were left empty. We waited for about 45 minutes, and the refill process became even slower until we finally just had whatever was available. It was very disappointing. There should have been preparation to receive many guests at the same time, or it should be divided into several groups so as not to pile up at one time. Hopefully, improvements can be made. Thank you.
