A one-night stay at JSI Resort with children was very enjoyable. There are plenty of activities and facilities for children. The playground has been recently renovated, so the toys are still in excellent condition.

Great resort, affordable price, unique experience, Jeep show, mini zoo, and playground. It will be great if there are river activities. Thank you JSI.

Access is somewhat difficult due to the busy area and alternative routes. The facilities are quite complete, but the beds are clean and the lunch and dinner menu is not very extensive and not refilled quickly. Breakfast is excellent, with a good menu and variety.

It was a pleasant stay away from the traffic on the way to Puncak. I was satisfied upon arriving at the hotel; all the service and facilities were excellent. Since I stayed during the school holidays, my package included lunch and dinner, so I didn't have to leave the hotel.

The place is comfortable, the service is good and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at the Grand Gladiator. The villa was a bit far from the restaurant and lobby because the resort itself is huge, but overall it has a nice ambiance and a very good playground, a typical kid-friendly hotel.

It's incredibly comfortable. The staff are all friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms and amenities are very complete. No need to deal with traffic jams to get here. Awesome! Next time I want to come here again with my extended family for even more fun.

It was a really fun stay here. The kids were happy, and there were lots of facilities. There's a pool, bubble baths, and a nice, large playground. There were off-road shows, the food was pretty good, and the staff was friendly. I'll be back again.

Good experience, the hotel area is very spacious.

The location, which doesn't require passing through the Puncak route, makes it easier to reach because it's not affected by the traffic flow of the Puncak route, this is a plus point for JSI Resort. The hotel's very spacious area makes it a great place for morning walks or jogging. If you don't want to tire yourself out, there is a shuttle or you can bring your own vehicle to reach the hotel rooms which are divided into several areas. As for cleanliness, the rooms are quite clean and well-maintained, the only unfortunate thing is the lack of staff on standby in each room type complex, so if you need anything, you have to contact the receptionist. The food menu is quite varied and delicious, and this hotel is very kid-friendly because it has a large playground area, a mini zoo, and also quite a variety of outdoor activities. As for the swimming pool, I think it's not very large, perhaps because this hotel is more focused on outdoor activities than just swimming.

Comfortable enough for a vacation with kids. The playground is spacious and clean. The AC wasn't cooling for a while, but it was quickly fixed. Overall, it was okay. Breakfast needs to be improved.

Our stay at JSI Resort was absolutely wonderful! My child loved it so much that she even cried and begged to come back again. The resort is very family-friendly with complete facilities and plenty of activities for kids. The foam party pool was so much fun, the playground is huge, and the mini zoo was a great experience for children. The resort also has a spacious outdoor area where kids can run around freely. One of the highlights was the amazing 4x4 off-road attraction, which was exciting and memorable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Another big advantage is the easy access to the resort with minimal traffic. The cool mountain air and beautiful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and can’t wait to stay at JSI Resort again. Highly recommended for families with children!

I had a really fun and satisfying staycation at JSI. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and I hope they maintain their quality.

When we checked in, we had to wait until 3:00 PM to enter our room, even though check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM. But when we were about to check out, at 11:30 AM, we were called to remind us that it was almost check-out time. The staff was friendly and very helpful, but the check-in process was slow. The pool water was very cloudy and not clear. The sink was a bit clogged, I complained to the staff but nothing changed. Maybe this could be improved.

This was my first time staying here. In terms of facilities, I think it's perfect for kids because there's a wide variety of options, from a mini zoo to a large playground area. However, I found the room to be infested with ants, and some of the walls needed repair. The room wasn't very big, and I chose the cheaper Sahara Container room type through the app. I ordered some food, including fried rice. It was delicious, but when I first ordered it, I told my child not to use chili peppers. However, I noticed there were chili flakes in the fried rice, so I asked for a replacement. Hopefully, it will be improved.
