I stayed one night at this hotel in Cipanas, Puncak, and my experience was very pleasant. The hotel has excellent facilities, cool air, and beautiful, relaxing views. The location is also strategic, with many delicious food stalls nearby. The breakfast was also very satisfying, with a varied menu and delicious flavors. What I especially appreciated was the friendliness of the entire hotel staff. They were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Aulia, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Puncak.

The hotel's location is actually easy to access and away from the crowd, only the access road is narrow. All staff from the receptionist to the helper are all very friendly and helpful. The room is not too spacious but compact, amenities and toiletries are also complete. Complete facilities. The pool water is warm and slightly salty because they say they don't use chlorine which makes it sting the eyes. The jacuzzi is great, all body aches disappear. As for the food in the restaurant? Everything is delicious. At breakfast everything is a must try, hahaha. Padma is definitely worth the price. Totally worth it!
