A very comfortable hotel, with all the staff friendly and helpful. The highlight of this hotel is its extensive breakfast menu. In the center of the hotel is a "green forest" for relaxing, as well as a koi pond with a waterfall. There are plenty of sofas and seating in every corner, making it very pleasant. Even in the children's area, there are three staff members who take care of the kids with fun games. It's very enjoyable.

The hotel staff were all friendly and polite. The security guards were also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and cool, with plenty of drinking water and snacks. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The swimming pool was heated. The Wi-Fi was also good. The facilities were complete, and the kids were happy. I'll be back again next time. Thanks Papandayan.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. However, there is a slight drawback. In my experience staying here, when I was about to check out, I requested a late check-out at 1:00 PM to one of the receptionists via the phone in the room and was granted. However, at 11:00 AM, another receptionist called back and asked me to check out by 12:00 PM. I hope the coordination between staff will improve in the future.

I'm so happy to be able to celebrate my wedding anniversary at this hotel, starting from the friendly and smiling hotel staff, all the hotel facilities are satisfying, for the weekend there are also kids activities so it's perfect to bring kids here, kids can string together key chains and take the results home😊, in this hotel there is also something like an artificial forest so it feels beautiful and there is an artificial waterfall + a large fish pond, basically the kids are really happy here because they can feed the fish (note for the fish you can ask the staff who are cleaning). Not to mention the swimming pool with warm water that clearly makes the kids not want to get out of the pool😁, there are also sports facilities, it's quite okay, the equipment is quite complete, the room is very clean, especially when you enter the room, it turns out there are already decorations of towels + roses and anniversary greetings (this can be requested and is free), in the room there is also a bathtub and body foam that can make a lot of foam, it's very suitable position near the large room window so you can relax soaking while watching😁, in the room there are also complete amenities from robes, to threads, needles and razors, body lotion is also available, not to mention there are free opak snacks that have been provided, and the funny thing is that in the room there is also a scale maybe so we can weigh ourselves so we don't overdo it and gain weight during the holiday😂, not to mention the breakfast is super complete and delicious too. In short, staying at this hotel is very memorable, if there is another chance, I will definitely come back again.

Just a suggestion: There was hand sanitizer, but it was completely unusable because the contents seemed old, so they were already hard and sticky. Secondly, the glass door in the bathroom couldn't be closed tightly; there was always a gap large enough for outside air to get in. The rest of the place was good: cleanliness, airtightness, hospitality, complete amenities, and delicious food. Plus, there was a heated swimming pool and a mini waterfall for photos and viewing.

Thank you for great hospitality....Always happy to staycation at The Papandayan, the hotel is very clean.... Everything is very proper...The warm water swimming pool is still the main reason for choosing to stay here...Plus now the playground is even cooler...Wow, I feel more at home staying at The Papandayan 😍😍🥰🥰
