Satisfied staying here, even though the hotel is old, it is clean, spacious, the service is satisfactory, the parking is outdoor but can be assisted by valet

My parents stayed at Papandayan for their 50th wedding anniversary. Papandayan was a delight. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The pool was also beautiful. The room design was classic yet comfortable. Continued success at Papandayan.

Early check-in is possible, free valet, clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff, comfortable here, also had a chance to have reflexology at Tirta Ayu Spa with Mba Rahma, but unfortunately the restaurant area is not spacious enough, and the variety of 5-star class still needs a lot of improvement.

So far, during my staycation, Papandayan has been the most comfortable. It was my first time, but it was the most memorable. The service is undeniable: very responsive, friendly, and efficient. The facilities are complete, clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the room service food is delicious, worth the money. Next time I'm in Bandung, I'll definitely come back here. Oh, and there's also a delicious culinary spot nearby, called Haji Wong, which is a great place to hang out.

Best hotel to stay with kids, have kids club for kids activity, infinity pool, horse riding very unique service provided here, many variety of breakfast, very comfortable bed.
