We had a very pleasant experience during our stay at Gaia Hotel. Loved the hotel ambiance, the gardens are especially beautiful, loved the Koi pond and the greenhouse, too. Really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea at the Club Lounge, the food and beverages are excellent. Especially my husband loved the steak and beverages. Our big appreciation goes to Fajar Hakim, Daniel, Chandra, Asep, Ruben, Rizki and Marisa from the Club Lounge for their attentiveness, warmth and genuinely caring towards us. You are all the best!

I happened to be with Ms. Tania when I checked in and out, and she was incredibly friendly. All the staff at Trans are friendly. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast menu is very varied. The kids loved the swimming pool the most. Overall, I have no regrets staying here.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel facilities were complete, especially for the kids, with lots of activities. The food was delicious and varied for breakfast. We had a wonderful stay at Novus Giri Resort & Spa in the Premier Garden Room. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and smelled great. The amenities were complete, and everything was well maintained. The warm pool was a big hit with the kids, and there were fun activities to keep them entertained. The food was delicious, and even our toddler enjoyed every meal. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. One night definitely wasn’t enough! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back again.

This hotel is very pleasant, in the Plaza area, so you can take a culinary walk at the Plaza. The hotel is clean, the staff is also very friendly. If you go to Bekasi and have to stay overnight, you must stay at this hotel.
