It's always a pleasure to stay here, and I happened to arrive early in the morning before check-in time. From the front desk, the security staff proactively brought my belongings inside for the office boy to store. When I arrived to check in, everything was ready in the room, including the prayer mat. The breakfast menu is varied and appetizing every day. The rooms are always clean, with mineral water available. Check-out was quick and the staff were very helpful. Thank you for your service.

It was a great stay at The Jayakarta Suite Bandung. The staff is very friendly, you can request a single-floor room, the swimming pool is nice and large, it's kid-friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, and the price is affordable. Even though the hotel is old, since 1995, the maintenance is still very good, clean and well maintained. Overall, The Jayakarta Suite Bandung is great, keep up the good work.

It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
