A delightful staycation experience with a refreshing view. The views of the tea plantations and mountains were truly breathtaking, and the place was very cool even during the day. The staff was also very friendly and willing to provide small assistance, such as parking our vehicle, lending us an umbrella, and carrying our luggage.

The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The GROs are Nida and Wina. Everyone is very responsive, from the receptionist, the person who showed us to the villa, and the person who helped us fix the toilet. The villa is also very clean. I have no regrets about coming here twice. Always a good impression.

We had a great stay at Gaia. The room was perfect, the view was breathtaking. We upgraded our room to a club tower room and everything feels private. Had a lovely quiet breakfast while enjoying the morning fresh air. Not to forget trying free pilates class for in-house guest and we also had a relaxing reflexology at the spa. Will surely come back! The best hotel in Lembang. For the price and amenities, it's really good. The place feels like it's not in Bandung anymore, and it's very spacious. For that price, you get a pool and hot water, so it's already quite cheap. The room was okay. I stayed alone, so there wasn't any scary feeling.

All the staff here are very friendly, even though my husband and I stayed here using public transportation, did not bring a private vehicle (motorcycle/car) but the staff did not discriminate, all were served in a friendly manner, especially the restaurant staff who was on duty for f&b service today did a very good job, the food was finished (chicken and eggs) but he informed me without me asking beforehand that he would give the chicken & eggs directly to my table, I really do not regret choosing this hotel for my husband & I honeymoon❤️🫶🏻 Will be a regular here, please maintain everything, service, cleanliness etc.
