The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in process very quick less than 5 minutes with quick response for what I need during my stay with family. They have a kids club near swimming pool and my kid loved to play there while my wife enjoyed spa session which located next to kids club. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

President suite was very satisfactory! Wide glass window with direct view to the forest. Watched a few of squirrels on the trees, fun time for the kid! Jacuzzi was fine too! Only the bathroom ceilings is a bit scary at night as it was full glass ceiling. Overall very satisfied and value for money!

beautiful scenery, friendly staff, good food, clean and great room, strategic place so it will be easy to travel around, big parking lot, you can take selfies and good pictures as much as you can as long not with dslr and special costumes otherwise they will charge extra and they have beautiful scene resto at 5th floor (outdoor and indoor) visit it around evening so you can see the change between bright scene to night scene and if lucky sunset. during weekdays they'll serve breakfast at 1st floor resto and weekends 5th floor resto.
