Everyone is very responsive, from the receptionist, the person who showed us to the villa, and the person who helped us fix the toilet. The villa is also very clean. My stay at Gaia Hotel Bandung is incredible. The rooms are modern, the valley views are stunning, and the vibe is pure relaxation. My top tip: block out 2 hours from one of the mornings just to explore the hotel, it has an amazing garden and a cafe with a view that helps set the relaxing vibe for the day to come.

The family cabin is superb for 4 of us. We got complimentary snacks every afternoon and we got to grill our corn on the cob every evening by the BBQ pit.

The place is very suitable for relaxing and healing, far from the crowds, natural forest atmosphere, with the gurgling of the river, the sound of water from the river is calming, the taste of the food served is also very delicious with the right price, next time if you go to Lembang, you will stay here again.

All the staff here are very friendly, even though my husband and I stayed here using public transportation, did not bring a private vehicle (motorcycle/car) but the staff did not discriminate, all were served in a friendly manner, especially the restaurant staff who was on duty for f&b service today did a very good job, the food was finished (chicken and eggs) but he informed me without me asking beforehand that he would give the chicken & eggs directly to my table, I really do not regret choosing this hotel for my husband & I honeymoon❤️🫶🏻 Will be a regular here, please maintain everything, service, cleanliness etc.

It offers a direct view of the Asia-Africa tourist attraction. For food, just head out a short distance; there's an Indo Alfa restaurant nearby, with a gas station right in front of the inn's entrance.

The staff is friendly, thank you for the free upgrade to an executive room with a pool view. The bed is queen-sized, and the room is spacious. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast menu is delicious with lots of choices. There's also a gym so you can stay fit. The free welcome drink is a free cappuccino. Oh yeah, the simple menu is also delicious, including bangbang chicken, chicken karage, katsudon, gochujang, and teriyaki chicken. Will be back again, God willing.
