Stayed at this hotel to attend a work-related gathering, so I primarily used the room just for sleeping. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the magnificent mountain view. Even though it was covered in mist in the morning, the mountain's grandeur still shone through. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The check-in process was seamless, and even when we briefly lost a key that had been left at the reception, the staff handled the situation professionally and provided an excellent solution.

Hotel location beside TSM Mall so it was fun. Just walk and you can find anything you need. The staff (front office and housekeeping) was friendly and fully smile, especially the security, they are helpful. Thank you. Big parking lot. Dispenser to fill water in aisle. Room was clean, Wi-Fi good, smart TV and many channels. Good hotel with a good price and facilities.

I booked two rooms with breakfast for three days for one adult and one child per room, a total of four people eating for two rooms as stated on the booking receipt. The first day went well, breakfast for two adults and two children. On the second day, I was refused, only one adult and one child were allowed. I complained to the staff, but they responded that it was just a mistake from the staff, with no apology or compensation for the breakfast we had already paid. On the third day, I was also refused by the staff. I was only shown proof of booking before I could check in. Hopefully, this kind of disappointment will not happen again in the future, as I use hotels in the Accor network.

Overall, because it was a peak period with an event, there were many hotel guests attending the event, so it was full. For room cleanliness, the floor and under the table were not clean, with a lot of dust and hair. The sink was clogged. There was only one glass for brushing teeth. Around 3 AM, I woke up because of the vibration sound from the adjacent room, precisely behind the headboard wall. It lasted until 4 AM. Loud conversations from other rooms could be heard quite clearly. For the restaurant food, on the first day arriving at 8 AM, many items were finished because it was crowded. Even finding a place to sit indoors was full. In the outdoor area, there were still seats at the outermost edge of the dining area. The taste of the food was just standard. At the egg station, there was a queue of about 9 people, and we had to wait again if the eggs were empty in the tray, and the kitchen staff had to cook them. The main menu options were only 4: white rice, overcooked vegetables, and meat/fish protein which ran out quickly and took a long time to refill, both in the indoor and outdoor areas. What was quite delicious were ketupat sayur, indomie, and sausages. The rest depended on taste. The light meal options were quite varied, from bread to salad. Perhaps during the event season, the hotel was booked for event participants, so the flow was quite dense.

Strategic place to stay..if you want to go to trans studio, just walk down the street, to Jalan Braga it's only 18 minutes. if you want to go to Lembang, it's quite far but you can leave very early..access to the highway is also easy.

I stayed in room 831. Overall, it was very good, pleasant, and I would definitely stay at Ibis again when I visit Bandung. There are just a few things I need to improve: 1. The Wi-Fi signal is inconsistent. 2. The room could be improved to be more soundproof. 3. Separate the front desk reception from the customer service team that handles guest requests, such as food orders. Several times I called Ex 0 to order food, but it didn't go through. Perhaps there were so many guests that they weren't covered. Thank you, team, and stay healthy.
