My stay here was wonderful. When I checked out, I left my wallet in the room. I realized it later that night and went back to check with the receptionist, only to find out it had been secured. Ibis is a great hotel, very trustworthy, and has honest staff.

Everything is close by, parking is free. The food is delicious, complete, and satisfying. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and the view is beautiful. I'd stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung.

The hotel is quite affordable, steps from Trans Studio Mall, near Fore Coffee, and the Trans Studio rides. The breakfast menu is quite extensive, even available outside the restaurant. The hotel's surroundings are cool at night. There's a water dispenser in the hallway, so you don't have to buy bottled water. Overall, it's okay and I recommend staying here if you're in Bandung.

The receptionist was friendly, and the other hotel staff were also friendly and efficient. The restaurant menu was quite varied and the taste was quite good. The hotel room was clean, as requested, in a non-smoking room. The location is strategic, with plenty of places to eat. The bathroom was adequate, a bit small but clean, with a smooth floor, running water, and fast Wi-Fi. Thank you.

The check-in process was fast because there were many staff serving at the counter, the strategic location in Trans Studio Mall so it can easily walk via direct access to the mall. The room size is okay, not too small. For breakfast there are many menus but the food runs out quickly so you have to wait for food refills by the staff, the cleanliness of the restaurant needs attention, and also the coffee machine is often broken. And there are 4 elevators that are quite often queued. Overall, the Ibis Trans Studio Bandung hotel is quite comfortable, strategic, and easy to find food inside or outside the mall, and there are also many mini markets such as Alfamart and Indomaret in the area around the hotel.
