This is the umpteenth time I stayed at Ibis TSM, for those who stayed yesterday, I was a little disappointed. First, regarding the elevator for breakfast, it was quite a long wait, almost 40 minutes, the information was that one elevator was broken, but the action was not fast enough to direct it to the freight elevator, so it was full in the restaurant, refilling it took quite a long time, the variety for the food, please add one more side dish, don't just have fish on the menu, at that time I thought the menu was not interesting, then my key card couldn't open the room door, as a result I had to go to the reception to get it opened, and wait for the elevator again for a long time....

first time staying at Ibis Hotel, quite disappointed, yes, I booked a superior room but the size of the standard hotel room is small, for the price rate of 1 million in my opinion it is not worth it because you can't access the swimming pool either... quite a disappointing first impression, very different from the standard hotel room type superior in general in other hotels if the rate is the same at that number.

The check-in process was fast because there were many staff serving at the counter, the strategic location in Trans Studio Mall so it can easily walk via direct access to the mall. The room size is okay, not too small. For breakfast there are many menus but the food runs out quickly so you have to wait for food refills by the staff, the cleanliness of the restaurant needs attention, and also the coffee machine is often broken. And there are 4 elevators that are quite often queued. Overall, the Ibis Trans Studio Bandung hotel is quite comfortable, strategic, and easy to find food inside or outside the mall, and there are also many mini markets such as Alfamart and Indomaret in the area around the hotel.
