The staff was friendly and the check-in process was very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great.

The staff were all friendly. A small note to the housekeeping staff: please be quicker if you have any requests. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Friendly staff, quite varied breakfast menu, comfortable hotel room, very suitable for family vacation or for us who were on a business trip in Bandung at that time.

Extra beds are too expensive!! Could the price be more humane? Thanks.

Parking issues for those staying at the hotel

Overall, it's good, but there's one feature that's really lacking, namely Wi-Fi, where there's no connection at all. Thank you.

Fun, near the mall, easy access

Stayed during a long weekend, requested mirror art from 2 days before staying and confirmed on the day but was not given and there was no clarity/confirmation at all whether it was possible or not. When I arrived to check in, I had already queued for quite a long time, around +/- 40 minutes when my section was told to queue elsewhere, ethically why not when starting to queue asked to move if I want to close this has been waiting for a long time when the section was told to move. The plus point when entering the room was quite clean, but when checking the refrigerator there were still traces of previous guest's bottled drinks. So far for that price, maybe in Bandung you can get a better hotel. And initially booked because of the advertisement that you can swim in the luxury pool, it turns out not all room types can, while the advertisement did not explain educationally about the T&Cs.

This is the umpteenth time I stayed at Ibis TSM, for those who stayed yesterday, I was a little disappointed. First, regarding the elevator for breakfast, it was quite a long wait, almost 40 minutes, the information was that one elevator was broken, but the action was not fast enough to direct it to the freight elevator, so it was full in the restaurant, refilling it took quite a long time, the variety for the food, please add one more side dish, don't just have fish on the menu, at that time I thought the menu was not interesting, then my key card couldn't open the room door, as a result I had to go to the reception to get it opened, and wait for the elevator again for a long time....

Access to everywhere is close because Ibis is located in the city center, the service is also friendly, and there is a large parking area too.
