Stayed at this hotel to attend a work-related gathering, so I primarily used the room just for sleeping. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the magnificent mountain view. Even though it was covered in mist in the morning, the mountain's grandeur still shone through. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The check-in process was seamless, and even when we briefly lost a key that had been left at the reception, the staff handled the situation professionally and provided an excellent solution.

I ordered a Twin Room, but instead I was given a King Room. The FO said it was an OTA error, even though it was clearly stated on the Twin Room voucher. No complaints about the location: it's close to the mall, Trans Studio, and the station. Breakfast is quite varied, but a bit odd. The dessert plate for the main course is a bit uncomfortable because it's too small.

Ibis Hotels have always been a pleasure to stay at. However, we had to be a little patient during breakfast and the elevator rides, as last weekend it seemed like Ibis Hotels were in peak season. Many groups were staying. We just enjoyed it, since it was the holidays. 😊
