Hotel location beside TSM Mall so it was fun. Just walk and you can find anything you need. The staff (front office and housekeeping) was friendly and fully smile, especially the security, they are helpful. Thank you. Big parking lot. Dispenser to fill water in aisle. Room was clean, Wi-Fi good, smart TV and many channels. Good hotel with a good price and facilities.

My stay here was wonderful. When I checked out, I left my wallet in the room. I realized it later that night and went back to check with the receptionist, only to find out it had been secured. Ibis is a great hotel, very trustworthy, and has honest staff.

Everything is close by, parking is free. The food is delicious, complete, and satisfying. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and the view is beautiful. I'd stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung.

The hotel is quite affordable, steps from Trans Studio Mall, near Fore Coffee, and the Trans Studio rides. The breakfast menu is quite extensive, even available outside the restaurant. The hotel's surroundings are cool at night. There's a water dispenser in the hallway, so you don't have to buy bottled water. Overall, it's okay and I recommend staying here if you're in Bandung.

The elevator is very slow and only 1 working for the high floor. They should maintain it during less peak period, not during the peak time

The hotel's location is strategic, connected to the mall, and the room rate includes breakfast at the open-air restaurant. You can refill your mineral water directly from the dispenser. I requested a city view overlooking the Al Jabbar Mosque and GBLA, and I still had a mountain view.

The hotel location is connected to Transmal and the comfort of the room is perfect, mineral water can be refilled, there is a dispenser, the TV is a bit old but it's okay there is Transvision, the room view is city view facing the direction of Al Jabbar Mosque and GBLA, the carpet in the hallway is worn and some are torn and needs to be upgraded, maybe yesterday I stayed during the Eid holiday so it was very crowded.
