Close to TSM, so there are plenty of dining options. Breakfast is basic, with a lack of variety. Location is okay.

The breakfast was variety and its located so strategic next to Transstudio bandung which is good to take our kids for holiday

There is less variety in breakfast choices, and the taste has changed and is not as good as usual.

All services are satisfactory, breakfast is delicious and of course it is close to the city.

📍 Location Strategic location, in the same area as Trans Studio Mall, easy access. ➕ Comfort Bed Comfortable bed, good sleep. ➖ Check-in Experience (Big Minus) Check-in was very slow. Handled by a staff member named Della, there was a queue of approximately 3 people, but the wait was over 40 minutes. Other counters were much faster, and the difference in handling was quite stark. Stayed in room 1833 on December 26, 2025 ➖ Room Rate vs. Value The price of approximately Rp. 800,000 (peak season) felt out of proportion to the experience. ➖ Breakfast Quality Breakfast variety was unsatisfactory. The Indomie stand had no eggs, so you had to walk a long way to the omelet stand. ➖ Water Refill & Hygiene Issue No welcome drink. Refillable water is available on the 18th floor, but two empty gallon jugs were only replaced after a second complaint. Worse, the tumbler/refill container appeared to be covered in moss/mildew, making it unusable and raising concerns about cleanliness. ⭐ Overall Given the Ibis brand and peak season prices, this stay was disappointing. The service, staff responsiveness, and cleanliness standards need serious evaluation.

Staying at the Ibis hotel is very comfortable, close access, lots of snacks around the hotel, if I go to Bandung, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff are very friendly and smile a lot, even though the atmosphere is busy, hopefully the service will be maintained.
