A very comfortable hotel with a wide variety of breakfast menus.

Everything was great, from check-in to service, and the food was varied and delicious. The location is close to the mall, just a short walk away.

Close to Riau and lots of places to eat around.

There are many food variations, but the taste of food like curry lontong and chicken soto tends to be lacking. Room 1521 was really worse, water from the bathroom leaked onto the floor, leaking out from between the parquet floors until the doormat was soaked. It was already midnight so I was too lazy to complain. The wall near the central AC also had leak marks, whether it was leaking from the floor above or from the AC. Calling the FO several times with no one ever answered and it rang for a long time, maybe they were busy beating the telecommunications operator. I wanted to ask for a roll of tissue because I didn't get a new one, I was afraid it would run out when I wanted to use it, there wasn't any, and I wasn't even given a shower cap, even taking a shower was a hassle. No one ever answered the phone even though it was only 7 pm. At checkout, the FO just said yes as if it wasn't their business if there were guests complaining. In short, the service was lacking.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were fully functional. Plus, this Ibis hotel is located in the same area as Trans Studio Mall. A stay here is highly recommended.

The hotel is comfortable and close to TSM Mall, so if you want to eat, shop, or play rides at TSM, you can just walk because it is in the same area.

Not worth it, the location is okay but the front office has no coordination, throwing problems at each other. The first time we arrived, it was unpleasant, the card hadn't been used but it couldn't be opened, we were asked to upgrade, we went down to the front office again. After that, we tried going upstairs again, but it still didn't work, we were asked to go up and down again and the front office blamed us, saying they couldn't open the door even though they helped the cleaning staff, they couldn't. We had already booked an extension, but on the day of the event, they said it was full, and we were forced to check out. 🫩

Rooms are ok, access to Trans Studio Mall, breakfast has many variations.

Overall, it's comfortable. Toilet cleanliness could be improved. There are stains on the drain. Instructions on how to operate the TV remote should be provided.
