My favorite hotel in Garut. Luckily, without choosing a room, I was given room 132, which is my family's and my favorite room. It has a mountain view and pool access. The TV is also a smart TV that can access YouTube, Netflix, etc., not the ones with channels and quality that are not HD. The breakfast is delicious, complete, and the service is all good. I will definitely come back here again 💙

The room was clean, and the rest of the hotel was also clean and well-maintained. When the parking lot was full, the valet parking service was very helpful. The location is strategic. This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). Thank you very much from my heart to the Manager, staff and Security there for their service. For travelers, don't hesitate to bring your family to stay here. Once again, thank you ☺️

As always, Meize has remained our first choice for budget hotel business trips in my office. Strategic location for our driver to pick up and easy access to a mini-mart for any sudden daily necessity. Competitive budget price while still being decently comfortable and clean. Stayed at this hotel to attend a work-related gathering, so I primarily used the room just for sleeping. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the magnificent mountain view. Even though it was covered in mist in the morning, the mountain's grandeur still shone through. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The check-in process was seamless, and even when we briefly lost a key that had been left at the reception, the staff handled the situation professionally and provided an excellent solution.
