Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the security guard at the post, but were not directed to where to park, even though we had already stated we wanted to check in and had made a reservation. We headed to the lobby, but the parking lot near the lobby was full, and there were no parking arrangements or security guards to direct us where to park (there were renovations underway and an excavator was near the motorcycle parking lot). We unloaded our belongings from the car, and again, there was no bellboy or concierge on standby until we moved our luggage onto the bellman trolley and then pushed it to the elevator. The receptionist service was quite good, and we were given a complimentary cake for my wife's birthday. There were no problems with check-in and registration, except for a slight delay in getting the complimentary cake because I was told to wait, even though the room should have been ready since we arrived around 3:00 PM. We stayed in a deluxe balcony room, and the room felt like it was quite old. The floor was damp and wet, as if it had just been mopped, so stepping on it left marks on the floor, which was uncomfortable. There was also no bath mat. We called the receptionist and asked, and they told us there were no bath mats available for Maghrib (a bit surprising for a hotel as big as Pelabuhan Ratu to not have one). The toilet seat was leaking, and the water in the toilet and bathtub was slightly yellow. The power outlet on the table under the TV was out of reach of the water jug cable. The balcony ceiling looked moldy. At dinner, the squid menu was often out of stock and limited. The children's pool looked dirty and mossy, with moss scattered in the water. During my stay here, I was quite happy and satisfied with the hotel facilities, activities, and entertainment.

The hotel staff was very friendly, with a direct view of the ocean, and a varied and delicious breakfast. The room service food was a bit off (for example, the oxtail soup had potatoes on the menu, but when it arrived, there were none), but overall, the food was delicious. Another thing, the menu for my room wasn't there at the time. Highly recommended for a family vacation; I'll definitely be back. ☺️

The old hotel is being renovated. The deluxe suite room has two TVs, but one is broken. There are two ACs, one of which doesn't work. A king-size bed was replaced with a queen-size bed. The AC compressor is basically broken. Mineral water is only rationed to two bottles per day. Breakfast is not delicious. The swimming pool seems like a laundry machine, women swimming in full clothes, which should be swim suits. The intention was to heal with an extraordinary trip through Cikidang, but ended up with an unpleasant two-night stay. For the app, give it a star.

The view is really the best, directly facing the open sea, really spoils the eyes 😍 It feels like having a private beach, hahaha. The service is also friendly, the room is clean and smells pollll even to the towels & sheets smell good too… Access to everywhere is also close because it is not far from the city so it is easy if you need anything. The only minus is that there are a lot of wasps because it is near the forest, but it's okay. Overall excellent service 👍. Next will definitely be the main choice for staycation if you go to Pelabuhan Ratu. Keep up the quality of service Grand Inna Samudra Beach 🫶🏻

The hotel staff was very helpful with parking, as the area in front of the hotel lobby is very limited. The room was quite large, but the air conditioning in room 519 was extremely dirty, as if it hadn't been serviced in a while, so it wasn't cooling properly.

A pleasant beach experience, but the hotel needs renovation as it looks dated. If it were renovated, it would be the best hotel in Pelabuhan Ratu. The price doesn't justify the age of the hotel. The pool's cleanliness also needs attention, and the shower area is dirty and filthy for a hotel that costs Rp900,000.
