I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the hotel is clean even though it's not a new hotel but it's comfortable, the rooms are also clean, and what I like is the hotel's spacious garden and yard, the outdoor swimming pool that can directly access the beach. The bathroom is not well maintained, the inside of the bathroom door is rotten, the floor drain cover looks dented and dirty, the sink hole has no filter or cover, the hair dryer cable is bypassed from the plug which looks unsafe, the bathroom is really not suitable!!

During my stay, the power went out, even briefly, and there was no backup center. Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved. The building and services need to be rejuvenated. The atmosphere is thick with the myth of the Queen of the South Coast.

Even though they left a note in the field book saying "birthday staycation," there was no greeting in the hotel room. ๐
When I wanted to use the karaoke room that night, unfortunately, I was informed that there were technical difficulties.
Overall, the hospitality was satisfactory, meeting 4-star standards. The only downside was that there was only one receptionist, so there were long lines at check-in and check-out.

Price and service are appropriate. The atmosphere feels like vintage in the early 1965s, very impressive. Need to add a bell boy at the arrival gate to help with guest luggage. The rest is good, thank you Samudera Beach Hotel management.
