Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel especially Andre who gave us free upgrade of room. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had complimentary birthday cake. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

As expected a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service! Tho I only stayed for 1 night, but I feel recharged already. The best part of this hotel is the mini waterfall in the mini rain forest, oh and the Koi pond is so lovely! I have the best sleep listening to the sound of the waterfall, since my room oa facing towards it. Another best part is that this hotel located in the city, so delivering food to the hotel is super easy! Will definitely go back with my family asap!

Was here for staycation with my hubby. We stayed for 3d2n at The premiere room, it wasn't spacious but we love the view from our room. Bathroom amenities was so lovely since they gave sensatia botanica as a body care. You must try soaking with a view in rooftop jacuzzi. Their breakfast was tasty but lack of variety. Overall Our experience was enjoyable.

2nd time staying here! Now the hotel is more accessible with the new Exit Tol Bogor Selatan, only around 5-10 mins from there! It was my mom's birthday, and we got a complimentary cake. Thanks to the staff at front desk! The request was supposed to be made at least 3 days prior, but he helped us in getting the cake. Overall very nice and helpful service. The breakfast is nice. Tips: watch the sunset by the pool, and sunrise from the balcony of your mountain view room!

The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

Love their creativity, I booked for my daughter birthday staycation. And I gave the information just in the morning of my staycation day about this through ig dm. Probably because of the high traffic, they didn't respond so I just thought that they can't prepare the decoration or the decoration need extra charge. But surprisingly when we arrived, the receptionist say hi to my daughter and ask who is having a birthday. She looked so happy and amazed that the hotel staff know about her birthday. They also provided a tepee tent at my room that make this hotel my daughter 's number 1 list hotel. They also have3 a free riding horse, a free rabbit feeding and also a free fish feeding. My daughter gave you not just 5 stars but 10 stars hotel. Love this hotel.

check-in process quite fast and so is check out process. We arrived at 10PM and get a worm greeting from security at the lobby and the reception guys are all warm and help full.
when ever we met the staff they are all warm and will greet you with smile.
the room is generally OK, clean room, clean bathroom and also clean linen and towel, except the toilet mat is definitely not good and look dirty. I book for 2 rooms with connecting door and found both mats at the same condition. It does not mean it dirty because of not replaced but the cleaning process perhaps was not good enough.
the location is not at the main road, so it quite and good for taking a sleep. The distance to city center took about 20 to 30 Minutes with car.
there is a case that the floor drain is not working and made the water spread on the bathroom floor until I have to stop showering. I prompt it to the receptioist and they send a technician who come fast then the problem solved. they also send room service to wipe and dry the bathroom floor from floods.
