Thank you Botanica Sanctuary for our little family vacation, which was very enjoyable. The service, breakfast, and staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Syifaa and Ms. Citra. Overall, the hotel service was quite good, and the staff was friendly. However, there was a slight drawback regarding the special request I mentioned earlier. Unfortunately, it wasn't granted at all, and there was no information or confirmation as to whether it could be fulfilled. In the future, it would be better if the hotel provided confirmation regarding special requests so guests could know whether they could be fulfilled.

The room is very small and the view was disappointing. The decoration of the room is really good but it's really small, and the fact that the wardrobe is inside the bathroom is really not good. I left glasses in the lobby washroom and after 30 minutes I told them, and they didn’t find it. Overall, not happy with it.

The only complaint was at check-in, where the queues were long because the process took too long. Perhaps it was high season, with many guests but few receptionists, and my legs ached. If I waited in my seat, I was worried someone would jump in line, so I just waited. This was the first time I'd ever had to wait in a hotel check-in like that.

I have no major complaints about this hotel—everything was excellent. Maybe the kids' playground in the dining area could be more interesting and prioritized for families with kids sitting around or nearby the area, but overall, everything was very satisfying, and we had a wonderful stay.

The room was very clean, the bed met 5-star hotel standards, and the bathroom functioned perfectly. The atmosphere was peaceful despite being in the city center.

Staycations at Botanica are always a pleasure. The kids love it. The only thing missing is a playground, as we're too lazy to go anywhere. And for dinner, the restaurant options are very limited, even though we'd hoped not to have to go out looking for food. But overall, everything was fine.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's close to Taman Safari, the rooms are unique, and the ventilation is excellent, but parking is quite far away, even though a shuttle is provided. I haven't tried the on-site play area for children.

I came here to celebrate my eldest son's birthday. When booking via the app, I included a note: complimentary birthday for my 9-year-old son. I intentionally didn't contact the hotel to see if they would notify me, but they did. Then, upon check-in, I got a free upgrade from Unique Corner to Unique Corner Suite. The 500,000 IDR deposit required cash, but since I didn't have any cash, it was fine, so I closed the bill at check-out. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the chicken porridge. This was the first time it was complete, even including liver and gizzard. Room service was very quick when I asked for drinking water, towels, etc. The air was also nice, and I also got a free photo from the KENANG photographer team. I'll be back again sometime.
