If you are looking for a getaway from the city to get some fresh air and calm vibes then, you should visit this hotel. The check in process was easy..the staffs were friendly and professional. They served us with welcome drinks at the lobby before we enter our room. We were in love with the design of the room and the comfort it provided. The staff is very friendly, close access to Taman Safari, the room is quite spacious, but strangely there are no rooms with beds for more than 2 people (between 2 twins or 1 queen only), even though the room is spacious, the maximum is only 1 queen and 1 sofa bed, even though if it is changed to 1 queen and 2 twins it is very suitable for families. It's a shame, even though the hotel is good, the service is also good, I said for a wedding anniversary, it was decorated on the glass. Overall everything is satisfactory. Hopefully in the future there will be rooms for families with many beds.

Super cozy... Delicious food. I love to spend a lot of time in the lobby where we can enjoy the garden, sightseeing the view of the mountain. Also, the hotel has some corners for relaxing while enjoying a drink at the bar.

Great hotel, located strategically near Taman Safari Indonesia at the foot of Mount Gede Pangarango. Hotel design is very good, clean, and modern with flower ornaments in the lobby and also a touch of water giving a calm and relaxing impression. Also, the weather complements this relaxing impression, cold air and surrounded by forest also far from the main road, but the access is very simple and easy to reach, the road is good and pretty wide, and the climb gradient is not very steep. I stayed with my family for the weekend. I booked The Valley Suite room with a mountain view option, very beautifully designed, clean, modern, and spacious. Kids friendly, and I love the bathroom, very spacious and clean, all the amenities also new. The bed is clean and tidied up well, and the view is very great. I don’t have a chance to try their in-room dining, but I tried their breakfast, lot’s of choice from Asian to Western, they even have a sushi menu and some Arabian menu. My wife likes their soto mie bogor and risol. I also have the chance to dine at Gyu Steak House. Steak is great, and my wife ordered the pasta also taste great. They also have a kids' playground. Lots of parking available, I don't know if they have a valet option but the parking location is quite far and is an open area, so if it’s raining it will need extra effort. The hotel provides a buggy car to drop you to the parking lot. There is also a pool at the top, with a hot water jacuzzi. Staff service is very excellent, no complaints about it. Everywhere in the hotel they are always very polite, friendly, and helpful.

The welcome drink warmed my body. The hotel interior, from the lobby, rooms, restaurant, and swimming pool, was beautiful and attractive. The food at the restaurant was also delicious.

I've had BBQ here three times. It seems like the menu is always different. Sometimes it's very extensive, sometimes it's just enough variety. But overall, the service and the taste are all delicious.

Big thank you to Agata, the receptionist, for upgrading our room to Botanica Suites. Such a lovely surprise and a great start to our stay! This hotel is a perfect escape for our family, especially for those of us who are used to the constant noise and busy pace of Jakarta. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, yet still very comfortable for families. It truly feels like a peaceful retreat without sacrificing convenience.

Only stayed 1 night and it felt less! It was really nice and satisfying to stay here, the food was delicious and had a lot of variety, the view was beautiful, access to the safari park was only 5 minutes, the room facility that I was most satisfied with was the shampoo soap used from Sensatia! and that was a big plus, the fragrance is beyond doubt

I stayed in a garden suite. Upon check-in, the staff stated that my room was ready for use. When I arrived, the TV wouldn't turn on, some of the items, such as the shampoo and conditioner, were empty, and the room phone didn't work. The most disappointing part was the breakfast, which was lacking in taste and selection, and it didn't reflect a 5-star rating. It wasn't worth the price, and all I received from the staff was an apology.
