We booked Loft Studio as we travel in a group of 4 family members and a 2-year-old toddler. We love the hotel for its ambience, facilities, and how luxury it looks the moment we walked in. But the Loft Studio has limited room space; we slept and rested comfortably, but it’s hard to do anything in a room in such space, so we opted for another activity outside the room. Also, Gaia is located a bit far from the city centre too. However, we enjoyed our 2-night stay at this hotel. The breakfast selection was good!

The concierge is actually helpful, you can leave your luggage 1 day before check-in. You can leave packages. However, the check-out speed needs to be improved. Food, for variety, OK, there is sushi, but the taste is more plain. Lontong Padang sauce is watery. Please improve the taste of the food because I want to come again. Overall service is very good. The fish pond is OK, the gym is OK, pilates is OK. The view? Amazing for early morning sunrise towards the mountain. If possible, take the Mountain view. Water, it would be better to provide a dispenser for refills.
