Had the most memorable staycation at The Gaia Hotel Bandung during the Gaia Music Festival on 2–3 August 2025! From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless, especially with the free shuttle from (and to) KCIC Padalarang straight to the hotel. The service was top-tier, the room was cozy yet modern, and the vibe? Immaculate. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the mountain air, or just soaking in the breathtaking views, the hotel offered the perfect balance of relaxation and style.
What made it even more special was how well the hotel blended with the energy of the festival. After dancing and singing my heart out, it felt amazing to return to a place that was peaceful yet alive with art, music, and warmth. 10/10 would stay again. The Gaia truly knows how to elevate both music and moments.

From the moment I stepped into The Gaia Hotel, I knew I was in for something special. Every detail—from the warm welcome to the little surprises along the way—made this staycation unforgettable.
Ambiance/Facilities:
The ambiance was serene and luxurious. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with natural surroundings. The infinity pool, gym, and spa were all clean, well-maintained, and truly elevated the experience.
Food:
The food was exceptional. Every meal was flavorful and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had so many options—from healthy choices to indulgent treats—and everything tasted fresh and delicious.
Staff Assistance:
The staff were outstanding, especially Dimas, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. He made everything feel effortless, and his service truly stood out. I even got a room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable!
Highlights:
Getting upgraded to a spacious room with a stunning view was definitely a highlight. I also loved the peaceful vibe of the hotel, the thoughtful service, and how relaxed I felt throughout my stay.
Price:
Considering the premium experience, top-notch service, and the room upgrade, I’d say it was absolutely worth the price. Great value for a five-star experience.

We loved everything about this place, especially the sport facilities and the peaceful morning walk area. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and activities that bring the whole family together. I had an amazing one-night stay at Gaia Hotel Bandung that left me with wonderful memories. This hotel truly delivers on multiple fronts.
The standout feature has to be the complimentary minibar - it’s rare to find hotels that include this for free, and it made the stay feel extra special and luxurious. The room quality was excellent, providing a comfortable and well-appointed space to relax.
The location is fantastic, and the views are absolutely Instagram-worthy - perfect for capturing those memorable travel moments. The breakfast spread was impressive with delicious options that started the day off right.
Even though it was just a one-night stay, Gaia Hotel Bandung made it memorable. The combination of thoughtful amenities, great location, beautiful views, and quality food makes this hotel a standout choice in Bandung. I highly recommend staying here. All the staff are very friendly, from the receptionist to the security guards to the gym attendants. Kids can also enjoy lots of activities, especially in the kids' activity room next to the pool. The staff there are very friendly and willing to let them play.
The cool night air in Setiabudi also makes for a cozy and comfortable stay.
God willing, I'll be back again.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel!
The space was generous and thoughtfully designed, offering a wide range of activities—I even had the chance to try both Yoga and Reformer Pilates, which was a highlight. The ambiance throughout the property was calm and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, with a diverse selection of cuisines to suit all tastes. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return for another stay!

The hotel is very aesthetic, with lots of koi fish and cactus plants that are very Instagrammable. However, the breakfast is a shame, but the variety is limited and the flavors are a bit lacking. Hopefully, the next time will be better. It was a great vacation here.
