After a three-day stay over a long weekend, the breakfast was incredibly unimpressive. Much of the food ran out and wasn't refilled until breakfast was closing time. This was beyond expectations, as the hotel failed to handle this carefully. In my experience at any 5-star hotel, the food was always fully refilled, even close to closing time, without ever running out. Hopefully, this will serve as a valuable lesson for future evaluation.

My stay at Gaia Hotel Bandung is incredible. The rooms are modern, the valley views are stunning, and the vibe is pure relaxation. My top tip: block out 2 hours from one of the mornings just to explore the hotel, it has an amazing garden and a cafe with a view that helps set the relaxing vibe for the day to come.

The hotel, its facilities, and staff are excellent, but several areas need improvement. The food quality and selection were disappointing—I went to bed hungry because there were very few options for international guests, with the menu being overwhelmingly Indonesian and lacking variety. Housekeeping also requires attention, as hair and insects were visibly present in the room day after day. Additionally, the drinking water provided is not from a recognized bottled water brand, which falls short of expectations for a hotel of this standard.

Very nice stay, services, and hospitality up to its name (luxury 5-star hotel). Often fully booked for a reason. Family-friendly because they offer lots of facilities for kids. Don’t forget to try their spa Sepik, price very reasonable and their massage was so good!!!

I stayed in the duplex room for 2 days. Overall, it was great, but I wasn't informed about the Wi-Fi access (perhaps I should have asked or I missed something, but it would be better if it were provided proactively). As for the food, the variety and taste were just average. I checked in at 2 pm and could access the room at 3.20 pm (3 pm is the check in time)

1. The location is perfect, not too far from the city center. 2. The staff is friendly and checks for any shortcomings. 3. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning is cool. 4. The breakfast is 5-star, rated 3.5/5. It's just lacking in variety, but the taste is quite good. 5. There aren't many activities for kids, just the kids' playground and swimming pool. Overall, I'll probably return again ✅
