If you're looking for a hotel for healing, please go to Gaia. Relax in the hotel but still be able to recharge your energy. In terms of facilities, it's really good. Just a little feedback for the staff, I think it's still "lacking," because there was an incident where my child fell on the slippery floor (there were no floor markers, by the way) and the hotel didn't immediately ask about my child's condition and didn't immediately mop the floor. Perhaps the hospitality can be improved. Overall, if I have the chance to return, I will come back here again :)

All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I even took Pilates; the instructor, Mas Arjun, was kind and fun. The kids also enjoyed the many activities. Will come back someday.

The location was nice. The view was amazing. The interior fabulous. The food was great. The cleanliness was awesome. Too bad during the breakfast the queue was terrible, too many people and they didn’t prepare well, so during the breakfast we were in a bad mood.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Gaia. It's kid-friendly, has plenty of complimentary amenities, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The elevator is a bit slow, though. The room isn't soundproof either.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with my family. The family room was comfortable and really fun because my son was excited to sleep upstairs. I casually asked if there were birthday treats, and they did provide small decorations and a cake. I really appreciate that! The modern, tropical vibe creates a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff is plentiful and friendly. The lobby is also convenient for check-in and check-out. Most importantly, it's wheelchair accessible.
