The hotel was luxurious, clean, and the amenities were comprehensive. The views around the hotel were breathtaking. The food was also comprehensive and varied. It was a truly memorable holiday.

Satisfying!!! From arrival at Padalarang Station, I was welcomed by the staff of Walinda Hotel and the driver, Mr. Andi, who took me to the Gaia Hotel. I was given an early check-in by Rafi, the hotel staff. At 1 o'clock the room was ready. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon I got the best afternoon tea service. Dinner at MONOMONO in the evening got another surprise birthday cake from the staff, Mas Agung. The next day, breakfast in the lounge got another surprise cake from the hotel staff, Asep, Walinda, et al. Given a special cake by the chef directly. In short, from the beginning of my arrival until check out, it was SATISFACTORY 😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you Gaia for the short birthday trip… Bismillah, I'm waiting for my arrival there again…

Staff friendly and helpful to accommodate our needs. The ambiance of the hotel and restaurant also nice. Try the Sepik Massage and it was great! Definitely will come back later.

A comfortable hotel for families. The breakfast is varied and delicious. There are plenty of activities for children. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are quite large and comfortable.

The room rates are expensive, not commensurate with the facilities and size. There's no soundproofing. Breakfast is limited in choice and tastes mediocre.

Everything was great, from the service, the rooms, and the breakfast. You should definitely stay here at least once in your life. One day isn't enough; you'll want to stay at Gaia Hotel for longer. The breakfast could probably be improved in terms of taste and variety, but overall, everything was excellent!

3rd time staying at Hotel Gaia and honestly… still my favorite. Every time I’m in Bandung, I somehow end up here again. The view? 10/10. Food? So good. Staff? Super nice and helpful. Plus, there are so many activities to do, so you’ll never get bored. At this point, Hotel Gaia is basically my Bandung home. Definitely one of the best hotels ever!!

I was super happy staying here. I was always spoiled by the views from every corner, the facilities were great, and the building design was truly aesthetic. The ambiance was also undeniable. And the service, oh my God, was excellent. I hope to have another chance to spend some family time here.

The food wasn't complete, and the taste was lacking. For a 5-star hotel, perhaps the taste could improve in the future.

We stayed in a deluxe corner room and then moved to a loft studio the next day. Both offered a very satisfying experience. The view from the room was stunning, the room was very spacious, had a balcony, and had a sofa that could be converted into a bed. It was perfect for a small family with two children, eliminating the need for an extra bed. The infinity pool was also stunning with its waterfall. The beautiful garden, gym, spa, and small lake with fish were all beautiful and very enjoyable. There was also a co-working space for guests staying overnight, which was very helpful for those working from home. Unfortunately, in the deluxe corner room, we found quite a few tomcat ants on the balcony and in the bathroom sink. I also found the help desk service lacking; the way they answered WhatsApp messages felt impolite for guests in a 5-star hotel where they had already spent a lot of money.
