I've had another experience at a resort hotel with complete facilities, friendly service, and a convenient location, even with a beautiful view. Overall, the room was nice, complete with amenities, and the plus point of the room I booked was the larger-than-usual bed. The breakfast menu was varied. And I also got a free photo session with a photographer, which turned out amazing. You should definitely try a staycation here. For me, this is one of the best hotels in Puncak. Thank you to the creative team for the mirror art. The best!

I was quite surprised by the hotel's changes, from the service atmosphere from arrival to check-in. The check-in service was too indifferent; guests' requests needed to be followed up. The twin beds were combined, making the middle part uncomfortable, which sank. The floorboards were peeling, dangerous for feet due to the sharp edges. My baby had to wear socks or sandals all the time. I got a connecting room, and the sound was so loud that the neighboring room was trying to open the connecting door handle. Breakfast was no longer appealing, with no live cooking of kwetiau, fried rice, fried noodles, and other dishes like the one I had three years ago. I was quite disappointed. I left something behind but wasn't informed immediately on the day of check-out, even though we were still in the Aston area waiting in line for photo selection and printing. And we were still touring around Aston until the afternoon. That's all, hopefully it's better.

The hotel was indeed beautiful, I loved the garden as well. The receptionist staff were great in accommodating us. The view from both restaurants was amazing, especially in the early morning. However, it took us an hour and a half to check in for two rooms, and some electricity plugs were broken in both rooms.

Very happy.. Complete facilities.. Can use the gym, large swimming pool.. Saturday nights also have lots of snacks and live music events. Want to stay here again.
