Great experience at Mason Pine! The rooms are perfect for business travelers, and the location near the golf course is excellent. The shuttle to the KCIC Padalarang station was super helpful and saved me a lot of time. Special shoutout to the staff for being so friendly and welcoming. Everything was 10/10!

The hotel is comfortable. Although it's far from Bandung, the hotel itself offers plenty of amenities, so you won't get bored just hanging around. The children's pool is also equipped with warm water. For adults, there's also family karaoke, billiards, and a sports center.

I went by Whoosh and booked a pick-up in Padalarang. The driver was on standby, and the car was comfortable. Welcome drinks were available, both hot and cold. Mason Pine really pampers kids, with indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a dedicated kiddie pool, and other kids' activities, plus a lifeguard. The staff is friendly and helpful. For photos, the receptionist's information depends on the vendor's availability, but I got a voucher yesterday and was quite satisfied with the results. Breakfast was great, with gelato available too. The room was quiet and comfortable. On weekends, there are horse-drawn carriages and other attractions. It's perfect for kids and families. Continued success for Mason Pine and its entire staff.

We stayed at Mason Pine Hotel Bandung and found the location to be very good, with easy access to nearby areas. The hotel offers complete facilities and a variety of activities, which can be enjoyable for many types of travelers. However, for us traveling with a baby under one year old, the hotel was less suitable. The room was not well soundproofed, and it could get quite noisy, which made it difficult for our baby to rest comfortably. Additionally, we were assigned a connecting room despite having requested a non-connecting one, which added to the noise concern. Overall, while the hotel has great facilities and a convenient location, it may not be the best choice for families with very young babies who need a quieter environment.

Just had a staycation at Mason Pine with my little one (5 years old), and one night seemed like not enough because there are so many children's activities here, from the children's pool to the water park which immediately became my child's favorite. As for the rooms, even the most standard type has a premium and comfortable feel. The staff is also very helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. One thing that made it even more memorable was the complimentary shuttle bus that was ready to take you directly to Padalarang Station. Very convenient, especially for those who take the Whoosh train. As soon as I got off the escalator, I was immediately greeted by Mr. Dodi who was on standby to pick me up. Thank you very much, Mr. Dodi! The service was sincere and made the trip much more comfortable. As for breakfast, the selection was quite complete, although in terms of taste there is still room for improvement. Overall, Mason Pine is highly recommended for families with small children. I think I will come back again and next time I want to try a different room type.
